Level One: The kitchen area has a huge breakfast bar and appliances including microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, refrigerator, icemaker, air fryer/toaster oven, blender. The furniture is comfortable with plenty of deck space. Bedroom # 4 has a King Bed. The primary bath has been enlarged with shower and free standing tub with double vanity sink. Please Note: THIS IS AN ATLANTIC BEACH OFFICE CHECK-IN. Complex rentals are ONLY allowed two (2) parking passes, which are numbered. Renters MUST check into the Atlantic Beach Office for these to be assigned.

(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
