About this house rental
This home has it all! Great spaces for family and gatherings. An oversized living room, separate playroom and oversized kitchen. This is the perfect place to entertain guests or have extended family!
3 bedroom 2.5 bath with an additional large outdoor hot/cold shower. Comfortably accommodates 9-10 people. The large eat-in kitchen and dining area seats 12 and includes additional comfortable sitting area. The over-sized living room upstairs has a massage chair and an electric fireplace that you can enjoy year-round. The lower floor has a den/playroom with a futon, gaming system, arcade console, mini fridge, and drybar. Upstairs there is a work desk with printer available for those who need to keep in touch with the office and do a bit of work. The wrap-around deck is great for relaxing, viewing the ocean, feeling the ocean breezes while listening to the waves.
The master bedroom offers deck access. Recline on the wrap around porch or have a meal on the outside dining table. The ocean-view deck includes a dining table, Adirondack chairs, rockers and lounge chairs. Each upstairs bedroom has an en-suite bath, ceiling fan and TV. Two driveways will accommodate up to six vehicles. If you bring a boat you have access to 3 PKS launch sites just blocks away. The private, quiet neighborhood beach access is conveniently located less than 2 blocks down the street.
The downstairs utility room has a washer/dryer. Adult and children bicycles are available for use along with, cornhole and volleyball and net. A gas grill is available for barbecuing your favorite meats and seafood.
No need to fill your car with "beach stuff". The cooler, beach towels, chairs, beach canopy and beach toys (boogie boards, carts and wagons) are all in the garage.

Our family has enjoyed this lovely property twice.We like to cook fresh seafood daily from Willis' seafood market and especially appreciate all the kitchen amenities this home provides including plenty of chef knives, pots, pans, cutting boards, etc.We love the outdoor shower, large porch with plenty of chairs, and so much living space!The owners are easy to communicate with, obviously take pride in their home, and we look forward to our third visit!

Great house, convenient location. The kitchen and living areas are well appointed. We enjoyed our week there. The hostess was very accessible and helpful. Can't wait to visit here again.

Great location and perfect for families with kids. Spacious home with lots of extra amenities. Pictures and descriptions are accurate and up to date. Owners are very responsive- we will be back soon.

Very spacious house with all chairs, cart, etc for the beach. Private Beach access was great and right down the street. Outdoor shower was nice to have after long day at the beach.
