Welcome to Phoenix West II is now... The Oasis at Orange Beach unit 1001 on the 10th floor. (Parking deck level. Walk directly from your car to your unit. No need to wait for elevator) The unit is a coveted end unit directly beach front. The Oasis at Orange Beach offers the ultimate getaway for rest and relaxation. Its also the perfect place for families to vacation. Besides the beach just steps away from the building there are multiple pools, including a Lazy River, water-slide, kids splash pad, Zero entry pool as well as an indoor pool. As well as an adult only pool. Walk to Restaurants, bars and shopping. There are various sports and exercise features along with an onsite Beach-side Cafe' and Bar. Everyone looks forward to a RELAXING beach vacation! Wide-open beaches, fresh salty sea air and beautiful views from your own private balcony. Come relax and enjoy your stay in this beautifully appointed, professionally decorated expansive direct beach front South side of building four bedroom, four bath 10th floor condo. with 5 flat panel TV's. Including a Large Flat panel HD TV in the family room. With its tropical decor and comfortable furnishing, this is truly a Resort Destination for your comfort and enjoyment!
Upon entering this 4 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath condo with additional sofa sleeper, you will feel the relaxing but sophisticated atmosphere. The living area is decorated with 2 sofas, and a large flat panel smart TV. It has floor to ceiling windows and breath taking views. A wet-bar and ice-maker complement the living area. Free High Speed WiFi throughout the unit. The patio features a large 8 setting patio table and two comfortable chase, overlooking the lazy river and spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Charcoal Grills are available near the pool area. The kitchen offers both a Keurig and regular drip coffee maker.
The condo's master bedroom has a king bed floor to ceiling patio door and opens to the patio and beautiful views of the Gulf and Bay. The bedrooms 2 and 3 each have comfortable queen beds and the 2nd master has a king bed. All bedrooms also have a flat panel LCD HD TV's .
From the time you step out of your car and enter the grand lobby, you will feel you are in a tropical paradise. This unit is located in the best location in the building, from the large patio, master bedroom, and family room you will have amazing views of the Gulf.
Enjoy a swim in the lazy river, while the kids spend hours enjoying the water-slide. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. Near the indoor pool you will find a large state of the art exercise room. The utility room is furnished with a full size washer and dryer. You have covered parking in the garage.
The Large balconies provide incredible views of the Gulf that span for miles along pristine white beaches and clear blue waters In addition, Phoenix West 2 offers a lazy river water feature.
Parking is $60 per car for the length of your stay. The facility offers full time onsite security.

I am so glad we decided to go with the Patterson's condo, we didn't have any problems and Mr. and Mrs. Patterson were very nice. The condo was everything they said it would be and more. We have no complaints. The staff at Phoenix was helpful and check-in went smooth. There is plenty for you to do, the tennis court was nice and there is a indoor and outdoor pool as well as a kiddie pool that worked out well for us because we have two small children. Our family plans to visit Orange beach again next summer and we would love to stay in the Patterson Condo again.'

Condo was as promised, clean, spacious, amazing views and everything you need for a week away from home. Plenty of amenities and I espeially liked the bbq pavillion.and six elevators made traveling in/out very quick. The in condo ice maker is a huge plus! Close to stores and restaurants, you won't be disappointed!

Balcony was awesome. Very large and spacious with beautiful views. Railing had some sharp edges in places so had to be careful. Condo was pretty and had plenty of furniture. Beds were comfortable. Exhaust fans in a couple of the bathrooms were noisy. Air conditioner was also loud on start up. There were also quite a few electrical outlets that didn’t work. Sliding doors to the patio were hard to slide and one didn’t work at all. We also had a real estate agent come by twice to view and show the condo which I didn’t care for. All in all it was a great vacation. The cafe/bar downstairs was nice to have on-site.
