Welcome to the splendid lower floor retreat at The Oasis at Orange Beach, formerly known as Phoenix West II! Our luxurious three-bedroom, four-bath condo is thoughtfully designed to provide a comfortable haven for up to 10 guests, combining elegance with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico.
As you enter the lower floor, you'll be greeted by the elegantly furnished living area, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows that frame stunning Gulf vistas. Unwind on plush seating, enjoy the flat-screen TV, and let the coastal ambiance set the tone for your stay.
The fully equipped kitchen is a culinary haven, boasting modern appliances, granite countertops, and ample space for meal preparation. The dining area is perfect for enjoying family dinners with the Gulf as your backdrop.
The master bedroom, with a king-size bed, provides a tranquil haven and may include an ensuite bath with a soaking tub and a separate shower. The additional bedrooms offer a variety of sleeping arrangements, including queen or twin beds, and each may have its own bathroom.

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

Unit was very nice and decor was excellent. The unit was not cleaned very well. There was sand in the king bed in extra bedroom. Not sure if the sheets were even changed. There was sand all over the floor in both extra bedrooms. Trash was left in garbage can. I feel like the unit was not cleaned properly for the cleaning fee that is charged. That is a pretty expensive cleaning fee for the service that was provided. Other than that, the unit was extremely nice.

The condo was amazing! We will definitely stay there again. It was very clean, well decorated, with very nice furniture! Beautiful view of the ocean with easy access to the beach and pool! Our family loved it!
