High on the 25th floor of The Oasis, the views from this Gulf-front condo are second to none. Huge walls of windows frame the emerald Gulf, and the sugar-white sand is just below. Gather with your crew in the spacious open living room, where ample seating surrounds a flatscreen TV, and enjoy cozy movie nights, leisurely downtime, and endless views.
In the same open space, the kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space for meal prep. Whether cooking a gourmet meal or opening takeaway containers, the kitchen has everything you need – even an accompanying wet bar with an ice maker and blender. When it’s time to dine, the huge breakfast bar with seating for four is perfect for casual meals and snacks, while the dedicated dining space hosts a table for six beside a full wall of glass showcasing Gulf views.
With three well-appointed bedrooms and four bathrooms, this home sleeps ten with an ideal layout for families. Every bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom for ultimate privacy, including the primary ensuite with a jetted soaking tub and separate shower. There’s a fourth full bathroom with a washer and dryer as well, plus a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room, so there’s plenty of room for everyone.
