Welcome to the beautiful white sand beaches of Alabama's Gulf Coast! Enjoy your stay in the brand new, beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo that easily sleeps 8! Our 19th floor corner unit is unique in the fact that have Large open floor plans offer visitors room to spread out and the huge balcony invites you to take in the unbelievable views. This unit is doesn't have a beach view.

This unit features flat screen televisions in each room and a large LCD in the living room. A wet bar with ice maker and a large kitchen makes entertaining a dream.

When you are ready to leave the unit, right downstairs you can enjoy the huge indoor pool, sauna or fitness room. And right outside, this complex features the only lazy river on the beach along with water slides and another large pool for guests of all ages to enjoy. If you are so inclined, walk directly onto one of the most beautiful, white sand beaches in the world!

This unit is a non-smoking unit. All renters must be 25 years of age to rent and there are no pets allowed. We love love this property and all the amenities! We actually loved staying on the non beach side of the complex and the sunsets were gorgeous! Some items in the unit were not working, but owners were great to work with and quick to reply to issues. Family room furniture it a bit torn up and could use some replacing…. But the couch is super comfy! Would stay here again!!

First Rafi host and Martina on site contact were both extremely quick and helpful in response to our questions and the couple of things we needed addressed. Things that concerned us were:1. When my wife and I first arrived a couple of days before the rest of the family, we walk in and I take my shoes off walk to one end of the unit and back look at the bottom of my white socks and they are dark. Floors are dirty. Next morning we had to buy a mop and Lysol (none in in unit also no vacuum to use on rugs and unit in general uh your on the beach sand gets tracked in no matter how careful you are) and I proceed to mop the unit not once but twice before the water the mop bucket starts to clear. We used 5 buckets per trip across the unit. We used Lysol wipes on all surfaces and Lysol spray on all furniture and rugs. Also the on site check out requirements pretty much made us feel that you are depending on the prior user to make sure everything is clean. You are instructed to just pull the sheets off the beds you use!!! Made us uncomfortable. And it says you will be charged extra cleaning fee if they have to spend more time than normal’!!!2. The entire unit needs an upgrade from furniture to kitchen ware to linen and covers.3. All the reviews for the oasis are correct. There are only 6 elevators to service 32 floors and at peak times you can wait 20-30 minutes to get one then make numerous stops unless you are on a lower floor. The issue is all the stuff with the people.

The amenities are off the chart! The lazy river and water slide is fabulous. If you don’t like that there are 2 more outdoor pools and an indoor pool. We used the gym and basketball court. There is easy access to the beach. The property also has a on site pool side restaurant. The check in process was a little overwhelming with so many people checking in at 4 and we had to wait for over 40 minutes for an elevator with enough room to accommodate our gear. There is also a $60 parking fee. Once past the weekend renter turnover, the was very little wait for the elevator The condo itself was as pictured with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The internet worked great with no buffering. communication with the owner was very prompt. I would definitely book this unit again.

My family and I came to stay for a week and had a wonderful stay. We had an 11 month old with us who is very mobile and we didn’t have to worry too much about him getting into anything because for the most part the furniture and decorations were baby proof. The condo had wonderful amenities and was nicer than the pictures could have portrayed. We noticed something was messed up upon arrival and the maintenance person Joe came out quickly to fix it. Overall we could not be happier with our experience and will definitely be back next year.

We were able to get into our room sooner than the expected time. The rooms were exactly what was pictured. The only downside was the people in the condo next to us, sitting on the balcony after quiet time at 10 pm playing their music so loud you could not here the tv in our living room area. No one could be reached at the front desk to report it. Also they were sitting on the balcony smoking. Plainly stated no smoking on balcony in the rules. Other than that it was really nice.

The facility is very nice. The pools and the lazy river were great. Most of the hot tubs had issues and the elevators had extended wait times, but these problems were no fault of the condo owner. The Condo was beautiful and roomy. I love how 2 of the bedrooms were equipped with 2 Queen beds in each. There were plenty of bathrooms. The balcony had a stunning view of the bay and green luscious landscape. I would definitely recommend this condo and stay again in the future.

Phoenix II had lots for everyone to do…from beach to pool to sports. I love that they have equipment to check out. Our unit was great. Loved the ice maker and extra bathroom. Only cons were the elevators and beach were super crowded which is expected when you stay at a high rise. Also our condo did not face the beach. This was explained in the description so no surprises. Staff was great!

We rented this condo for Spring Break 2023. It was amazing. The condo was nice and lots of things for my 5 children to do. I was worried about being on the 19th floor with the elevators. However, it really wasn't that bad. There were times where you'd have to wait, but that was only during "rush hour" (people heading to the beach in the morning, and leaving in the afternoon. The basketball hope was broken when we arrived, but they had it fixed within a couple of days. The beach was perfect, and the kids loved the pool slide.

Condo had plenty of space for everyone. Beds were comfy. Appliances worked fine. Outdoor pool is not heated, but the indoor one was perfect. Only feedback I would provide is that the unit could use a set of measuring cups and spoons. There were some random ones but missing many. Thanks for a great stay!

Property has great amenities. Condo needs maintained better. The cleanliness was horrible (decorated beautifully). Short in the main bathroom light, noise of neighboring condos is terrible, the shades on the two spare bedrooms should be changed out so that it blocks out more light in order to sleep, there's not a hairdryer in any bathroom, parking is a hazard (whoever built the ramp needs assistance with developing a plan that is less hazardous to patrons. in short very disappointed in the 'newer Phoenix'.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We had room enough for our big family. No beach view but the view was still really nice. We did wish the kitchen was more stocked. Having no strainer and no electric griddle really slowed down the cooking process but we made do.

Rafi and his wife are great! Place is very clean. Phoenix West 2 has great amenities. The construction right now stinks. But that happens now and then and is not the owners fault. AC went out and the maintenance guy was there the next morning. We spent a week there and have zero complaints.

The location is a great one! Beach very nice! The condo it’s self is very dated. The toilets are either hard to flush or trying to get them to quit running was hard ( they just need to be replaced). The furniture is very worn. The cushions fall off the couch and when you sit in the dinning room chairs you basically sink to the floor. The bed linens were very thin and a few of the beds had holes in their sheets. One of the bathrooms shower rods was so rusted it was hard to open or close the shower curtain. Very few towels were left and they were very old and worn. 1 trash bag was given for the entire 7 days we were there. Very few rolls of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels. If you stay here just make sure you bring your own trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, and dishwashing detergent (there was only 1 packet). No instructions were given on parking so getting there late at night and finding out you had to pay more for parking wasn’t cool. Would have been okay with most of this if we had been told about it before we got there. We would stay in this building again just different unit.

The condo was very spacious. Pictures are accurate. It could have been a little cleaner we did clean the tub and showers. The kitchen definitely needed more items like potholders and the garbage disposal was clogged. More towels would have been super nice instead of just one per person. The complex was great and the amenities there were fabulous. We had a person with a wheelchair and they could access all the rooms in the condo and beach access is a ramp.
