From our private dock you can watch the sunset, drop a fishing line, watch manatees, or launch your paddle board or kayak! We are steps from the Anna Maria City Pier and the beach. And easy walking distance to the Rod & Reel Pier and Bean Point.
Our quaint "Old Florida" street, Pine Ave, is full of delightful shops, restaurants, art galleries, coffee & ice cream shops, and even a live theater! And a small grocery store, so you never have to get in your car. If you want to travel south on our 7-mile white sand barrier island, the Free Trolley stop is right outside your door.
Many great golf courses are nearby as well as the cultural center of Sarasota, The Ringling, and the Mote Marine Aquarium. Busch Gardens Tampa is a little over an hour away, and Disney World is 2 hours away.
Anna Maria is noted for it's relaxed way of life - bicycling, kayaking, walking, fishing and beach-combing the gorgeous Gulf shores.

We have two comfy Adirondack chairs out on our dock to enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine. It is an easy stroll or bike ride to approximately 10 restaurants, including the Waterfront and the Sandbar!

From the moment we walked in the door, it felt like home. Everything was immaculately clean, and the kitchen was exceptionally well-stocked with everything we needed.The living room and bedrooms were very comfortable, with plenty of storage and closet space. We fished off the dock every day and watched manatees and dolphins swim by.A washer and dryer (located in a separate building), came in handy for freshening up towels and swimsuits.Just a short walk to both the bay and Gulf beaches. The trolley picks up at the nearby pier, making it easy to get around without a car. We also appreciated being close to a general store, coffee shops, ice cream spots, and places to rent bikes, kayaks, or golf carts.The outside grounds were neatly landscaped and wonderfully quiet. We truly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to return!

Beautiful, clean, walkable and bikeable to beaches, food and entertainment. Kayak from your backyard! Out into the bay or through the canals. Good fishing all around you.Comfortable , well maintained.Love this placeThanks, Doug
