New LVP flooring installed December 2022! This 2 bedroom/1 bath condo is on the 2nd story (no condo above) providing amazing views of the gulf canal, from both the den and dining area. The dock, viewable from the condo, is only steps away and is great for launching kayaks, fishing, or even temporarily docking a jet ski (no trailer parking permitted on-site), with having direct access to the gulf. If you don’t feel like driving and want to get out and explore the island, take the free trolley, with a stop right outside your condo, that travels up and down the breathtaking 7-mile island (Anna Maria, Holmes Beach, & Bradenton Beach), with amble stops along the way. Clean, lovely decor, quiet and with a pretty view too! Property offered more than we were aware of...every detail has been thought of. Great location too! We were very happy to be at "Endless Summer" and wish our stay on AMI could have been just that...endless. Stay here, you'll like it!

Enjoyed property . Have one suggestion -it could use a few more comfortable chairs. We have reservation for next March for 2 weeks.
