New LVP flooring installed December 2022! This 2 bedroom/1 bath condo is on the 2nd story (no condo above) providing amazing views of the gulf canal, from both the den and dining area. The dock, viewable from the condo, is only steps away and is great for launching kayaks, fishing, or even temporarily docking a jet ski (no trailer parking permitted on-site), with having direct access to the gulf. If you don’t feel like driving and want to get out and explore the island, take the free trolley, with a stop right outside your condo, that travels up and down the breathtaking 7-mile island (Anna Maria, Holmes Beach, & Bradenton Beach), with amble stops along the way. We had a wonderful time, Eric and Kaci were great hosts. Condo is wonderful, I loved the walk-in shower and we watched a Opery nest across the water. We enjoyed the farmers markets and Trolly just steps away. The porch on the back was wonderful to sit out and watch the sunsets. We will be back.Debbie and Leo from Oklahoma

The apt. was convenient to beaches, shopping and restaurants. It was clean and nicely decorated. It was equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable week.
