The Canary Cottage has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths and will Sleep up to 6. Located in the heart of Anna Maria City- This Key West charmer is elevated and has been updated with a new kitchen, new tile, fixtures, plus a new tub/shower! Updated furnishings, and appliances, which add to the charm plus it has been painted (exterior and interior) with updated cheerful island colors! The outside deck is great for enjoying your morning coffee or evening margarita! Its quiet location is perfect and it is just a short flip flop stroll to several quaint cafes (Just 2 short blocks to Ginny & Jane-E's and the Sandbar Restaurant), shops, ice cream parlors, and the most pristine beaches the island has to offer. The community center is across the street with tennis courts, and community events all year long.
Sleeps 6. The Master bedroom has a king size bed. The guest bedroom has a Queen size bed. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room for additional sleeping.

Great property! Close to everything and very well appointed. They really thought of everything. Loved the convenience of having a beach wagon, umbrella, chairs and toys to use at the beach. There was even a small cooler so we could pack our lunch, drinks and snacks. We loved the house and would definitely consider it again if we visited AMI.The only issue we had (and the reason for 4 and not 5 stars) was the A/C did not work the first two days of our visit. The property management company was quick to respond and worked to fix the issue. Shout out to Krista, who was amazing at helping install window units to cool down the house. (They were loud but did the job.) By the morning of day three, the A/C was cooling again and the house was comfortable and quiet.

The house is great, just like photos, close to the beach and some cute shops. There have all you need for a vacay stay and more, enough towels, kitchen appliances work perfectly, comfortable beds, nice house distribution and parking. The house was clean and fresh. Easy check in. We highly recommended.

The house was as the pictures but they did not ever show you a picture of the huge white rec. center across the street. It was such an eyesore I had to have the management company put up a curtain in the kitchen not to feel like I was in the city and on vacation. There is also a new house being build 3 houses away and they start the hammering at 7:30 am- beware there is no peace and quiet on the deck if you want to sit and have a cup of coffee. The management company was the best; they came right away with any issues we had. The house looks like pictures but it is old and air conditioner is very old and there is a major musty mold issue!!! We both were stuffed up all week and had to light a candle each day just to get the smell out. When we left all our clothing now smells like the musty house! I feel if they were going to renovate they should have updated the mold in the walls and the air conditioning system. The area is amazing and central to so many things that you can walk to, but we would not stay in this house again due to the mold issue. If that is addressed, we would consider it.
