Location was EXCELLENT just off of Pine Ave and steps away from the ocean and shops. Cute old Florida village with a lovely pool and it was perfect for us.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful place. The cottage was very bright, nice heating pool, pool andbeach equipments, very close to the beach and very nice and child friendly area. Definitely recommend this place!

Great room,have all you need . Fully equipped kitchen. BBQ tools provided. Big space, well used. Dog friendly . Very clean. Easy walk to shops, restaurants and beach.

This property is in a great location so that is its main quality.
My biggest issue was the misleading photos in the property listing. They photoshopped the photos to make the unit seem more appealing.
Our shower had no shower knob - they left us a pair of vice grip pliers to turn the shower off and on. - with no heads up explaining the shower knob needed to be repaired.
The walls had chipped paint and stains, the baseboards were dirty.
The toilet and sink were clean - towels were nice
The mattress was not ideal and we would sink to the middle
We did not use the kitchen much but it was ok.
Overall if you are considering this location, lower your expectations so you are not disappointed when you arrive
Overall the area felt safe which is important, this is a good budget price to be able to stay on the island I just wish they were not deceiving with the photos they post of the unit.
The laundry area is run down and not maintained. The washer and dryers need to be maintenanced
