This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Great house, super comfortable beds, pool and spa on point. Kitchen had everything we needed to make Thanksgiving dinner and was really nice to cook in. Modern and clean. Hiking trail literally steps away from the house. Would absolutely stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay in a very comfortable home near everything…trails, food, etc. Host was great and responsive. We would definitely consider staying here again!

The house is very nice and located perfectly near the Cove Oasis and Old Town La Quinta. A couple small issues with the lack of an operable coffee maker and the main TV needs to be replaced, but these are pretty small items compared to how wonderful our stay was. We left a new French Press for the next occupants.

Great property, exactly as advertised. Clean, well appointed, great location near hiking, restaurants and downtown LaQuinta. Host was very responsive and it was an easy check in / check out. Highly recommend this property and host.
