The pool was beautiful and so convenient. Plenty of chairs/seating around the pool. House is very close to downtown La Quinta for great shops and restaurants. Golf courses all around and you are about 10 minutes from hwy 111. Loved the location.

Everything was as promised , we had a minor scheduling mixup but it was resolved very quickly and fairly, would highly recommend this property.

Host was not eager to help. Asked to have a phone call and we only got an email not totally answering our question and he never checked to make sure the problem was solved. We never heard from him again. Overall cleanliness of the rental could definitely be better. All vent covers are dirty and exhaust fans are full of dirt. The hinge on one of the bathroom doors is loose and looks like it has been that way for a long time. Part of the outlets don't work as well as a couple of the lamps. When it rains water leaks around the garage door into the garage.
