About this house rental

This spacious 3 bedroom modern home is the perfect Palm Springs escape. The 2800 square foot home is stylishly decorated with polished concrete floors, stunning decor, modern art and comfortable, contemporary furniture. It is designed to facilitate easy entertaining with an open floor plan and a seamless flow from inside to outside using large sliding doors with easy access to the pool, and a large resort-like yard from any room in the house. This home features oversized rooms, with large windows, stunning designer bathrooms, zoned temperature control, salt water pool and spa, and a flawless, unobstructed view of Mount San Jacinto.The kitchen is a chefs' or entertainers' dream with industrial quality appliances. The Master Bedroom boasts a comfy king-size bed, large walk-in closet, a private patio/reading area and stunning mountain views. Oversized designer rain shower, modern changing area, and a small office area with a flat screen TV complete the gorgeous master bedroom. Two Guest Bedrooms (one is attached and second is a fully private casita with separate entrance). The second bedroom contains a king size been and the casita has a queen size bed with high-end linens and modern decorations, large closets and dressers. One guest bathroom contains an oversized soaking tub and the other a heavenly shower that is double the size of a regular shower. The fully stocked gourmet kitchen has all the amenities of true luxury with stainless appliances including industrial gas stove/oven, convection oven/microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen contains all dishes, cookware and serving ware needed for your stay. Separate dining Area with seating for up to 6 people. Living Room has ample seating, and a 32-inch flat screen TV. Along side the pool and spa, you will find a cozy outdoor fire place for evening outdoor entertaining, bikes, table tennis/ping pong and plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors.

What a beautiful home n a very convenient location. Minutes away by car from the aerial tramway and mountain hikes, the heart of Palm Springs and its shopping and restaurants, desert hiking in Indian Canyon and Joshua Tree is within easy reach. The house itself was magnificent with comfortable beds and a super kitchen. The hot tub was used alot by our family of 4 adults. We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the communication of the owners and property management.

The house was great and in a quiet neighborhood that was close to downtown. Lots to do within 2 miles. Checkin was a breeze and had no issues while there. Would definitely recommend.

The house is gorgeous, and the furniture and art have been updated since the pictures were taken. The home is very comfortable. The pool and hot tub are also great spent a lot of time lounging out by the pool. Will definitely book again next time we are in Palm Springs

This property is beautiful, comfortable and well appointed. Everything you need has been supplied for you. The owners and property manager are very responsive and helpful. Close to shopping and restaurants but located in quiet neighborhood.

Overall the house was great. The pool and spa were really nice, and even though the weather was a little cool, we were in the spa everyday. You can’t beat the privacy. You’re in a neighborhood but feel like your isolated. The location is good. You can get to downtown Palm Springs in minutes, and it’s a short drive to Palm Desert and Cathedral City. The owners and management were very quick to respond to any questions we had. There were a couple cleaning issues but nothing that couldn’t be addressed or affected the stay. We would consider going back next year.

This house exceeded all expectations. Check in was super, great communication throughout the entire process. We contacted one time about the spa temp and it was resolved immediately. Everything we needed was provided, the house was comfotable, and our stay was great. Appreciate the attention to detail. Would definitely recommend this house for up to 3 couples. Location was handy for downtown with easy access to most things in the Valley due to ease of accessing major streets. Very quiet property.

I was afraid that the house wouldnt live up to the photos, but it ended up being even better than the photos! The space was open, clean, modern. Stayed for 3 nights, wish we could have stayed longer. Will definitely try to book again for the next time I am in the Palm Springs area

Amazing house. Lots of privacy in the neighborhood. Pool man and gardener paid us a visit. Maybe schedule them around guest. Great kitchen except cockroaches were in the kitchen. Maybe the pest guy just hadn'teen there for a whole. We had a lot of fun there.

My family loved this house! Quiet neighborhood with a private pool that was perfect for all day lounging. Kitchen was well-equipped and we also got a lot of use out of the grill. Great location, close to all the Palm Springs restaurants and shops. Beautiful home and we can't wait to book again!

We had such a fantastic stay at this beautiful, modern, and comfortable home. So much space for two couples (easily could have had a 3rd couple join us) and very great setup for enjoying the home while still working remotely during the workday. Owners were very responsive and helpful. We will absolutely hope to return again in the future and could not recommend this home more!

Cannot speak enough to how wonderful our stay was!! It was so easy and seamless to check in, check out. The interior and exterior are well curated and appointed with all the perfect amenities. We enjoyed every meal outside, and it's perfectly situated to watch sunsets, and then later watch the moon come up and see tons of stars - the skies were so clear we could see satellites fly by. We are usually very particular about booking properties and often stay a few weeks or a month depending on where we are and this property, quickly became one of our favorites and we hope to return soon. It was only my husband and myself so we had more than enough room for just the two of us. We laughed as we were leaving because we couldn't ever remember if we sat on the sofa's in the Living Room, this home is that amazing and we spent all of our time outdoors, reading, lounging and naps. We enjoyed cooking in the well appointed kitchen and the stove is a pleasure to use (really well thought out for cooking/cleaning -it's a total breeze all the stainless countertops). BBQ'd every night was super easy to prep/cook/clean. The only downside was I had to work long hours our first few days and it was a tough distraction seeing the pool and mountains from the dining room table. But if you have to work, this is the perfect, quiet place to do it. Our hosts were absolutely lovely and very helpful with every step from booking to checking out. All logistic processes were thorough and very well thought out and listed in the house book binder. We wish we could give it ten stars across the board. It's fantastic ! This home is perfect for 3 couples. The pool area is small but beautiful and the outdoor fireplace is lovely. We especially enjoyed spending long evenings sitting at the cozy firepit and relaxing in the heated jacuzzi. The kitchen is perfect for group cooking, and the bbq area is sufficient. Everyone in our group felt that the beds were comfortable and each bathroom was adequate. The owner/property manager was very responsive and the check in procedures were easy. We would definitely stay here again.
