About this cottage rental
Finding a cottage that genuinely sleeps 8 in comfort isn't easy. Ours does, and the families who've stayed here will tell you it's one of the best at La Casa for groups.

Outdoor Living
The two-tier deck is what guests talk about most. The upper deck is open to the sky - ideal for morning coffee, sunbathing, and taking in the views. The lower deck naturally shelters the fire pit beneath it, so rain or shine you can still gather around the fire long after everyone else has called it a night. The bistro garden catches the evening sun perfectly for a quieter moment with a glass of wine.
Inside the Cottage
Bright, comfortable and thoughtfully laid out, the cottage has a gas fireplace, Smart TV, high-speed internet, and a good selection of books and games. The whole cottage is air conditioned - to keep it cool and comfortable on the hottest Okanagan days, we recommend keeping the blinds closed during the day, particularly upstairs.
The Kitchen
Exceptionally well stocked and ready for everything from quick breakfasts to full family dinners. Indoor dining is at a cozy table for four with additional bar seating for three. Coffee lovers will appreciate the choice of French press, espresso machine, or Keurig.

Perfect for Families
The layout works brilliantly for families travelling together - sleeping areas on both floors, multiple outdoor spaces, and a well stocked kitchen ready for however long you're staying. The cottage is designed to comfortably sleep 8 across three bedrooms and a loft.
The cottage is located in the middle of the lower resort providing easy access to the main pool and resort area as well as the lake and marina. It is also located in one of the more quieter parts of the resort.
Resort Amenities
La Casa is a fantastic family resort with two pools and hot tubs, tennis and pickleball courts, beach volleyball, aqua park on the lake, mini golf, kids playground, BBQ's, outside table tennis and table football, and an on-site bar and restaurant and well stocked convenience store. The private lakefront and boat launch are a 5-minute walk downhill, with the main amenities a short walk uphill. We recommend water shoes for the kids as the lake shore is a rocky beach.
Year-Round Okanagan
Summer: lake days, paddleboarding, and long evenings around the fire
Fall: world-class wineries nearby during harvest season, and the sheltered fire pit ready every evening
Winter: a day at Big White or SilverStar (about 1H30 and 1H away respectively), then back to the gas fireplace and cozy living room - or take a dip in the resort hot-tub that is open year round.
Spring: the Okanagan's world class golf courses start opening from March, the bistro garden comes back to life, and the resort is nearly to yourselves

La Casa is a family resort so please respect the quiet time as per strata rules from 10pm.
Maximum occupancy at all times is 8 people - this is a rule that is enforced by strata security and may result in fines and/or eviction of not followed.
Please do not park your vehicles in the garage.

We enjoyed the cottage very much.
Loved both levels of the decks, as that's where we were most of the time.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It is ideal for families with children. The access to the lake at the Marina made our day of water play wonderful!
The home is very nice and the rooms are spacious. The beds are very comfortable.
The drive from Kelowna is a bit tricky for some of our family members. Coming back from Kelowna, we saw a bear; it bolted out in front of us and up the mountain side! Several times, we enjoyed watching deer in the yards around us.
We did find the garbage and recycling at the top of the upper loop and noticed others attempting to walk - until they realized it was at the very, very top of the resort!
Overall, super nice place with more amenities than we had time to take advantage of!

Nice cottage and awesome amenities. First time for us in the area so it was a bit challenging for us to drive there from the airport in the middle of the night; the road was dark and ziczac. Would love to have some basic care products stocked up.

Property exactly as advertised, roomy beautiful decor and comfortable beds. Lots of space to enjoy in and out. Fire table and patio with partial cover allowed us to spend all of our time outdoors- never tried the TV or the couches:). We were here for the outdoor space which was exactly perfect. Played some pickleball everyday but didn’t sample other amenities of resort. A couple recommendations include screens for patio sliding doors as we loved to keep them open when others were food prepping etc. Also some IKEA clothing racks upstairs to hang clothes would be great. Thanks so much.
