About this house rental
This modern and spacious cottage offers guests a luxury stay with views of Lake Okanagan. High end finishings, access to common swimming pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, mini golf and parks. There are 2 decks, great for suntanning, quiet reading and entertaining. The large covered patio on the main floor is great for BBQing or enjoying a cozy fire in the evening. This cottage comfortably sleeps 8 adults. Great for families and couples.
25 Minutes from West Kelowna and 30 minutes from Vernon
Spacious living/dining area with large walkout patio. Main patio covered and located through kitchen. The second patio is upper level perfect for sun bathing and overlooking lake views.
High speed WIFI provided. Two smart TVs (Telus) with local channels, Netflix and Crave.
We provide games for kids. We also have pool noodles, mini golf clubs and golf balls, spike ball, and volleyball for your use. We kindly ask that you care for, clean and put the items back where you found them so the next guest can enjoy too! For indoor days, enjoy air hockey with your family!
You access to the entire house except for covered areas and cabinets in the garage. We ask that you do not park cars in the garage.
Guests will have access to two pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, mini golf, playground, and public BBQ area, as well as beach access with a water trampoline park. (Pools, hot tub, water trampoline park is seasonal).
There is a back up generator if there is any power failure in the area.

We had a beautiful weekend with 5 sisters and a sister in law celebrating a 60th birthday! The house was so well suited with everyone having a sleeping spot. Kitchen was well equipped and bedding was so comfy! So thankful to Mandeep for her great communication and addressing the one concern we had when we got there. Highly recommend. We enjoyed the heated pool, hot tub and pickleball courts. The weather was a bit cool so the decks weren’t used as much as we hoped but we are just thankful for all we could enjoy!

Our group of four had a fantastic stay at this La Casa Cottage, we went up to the area to do some golfing in Vernon and ATV'ing in Peachland so it was the perfect spot in between. The cottage was super clean, the beds were comfortable, the wifi worked well and the A/C kept the home super comfortable during 30 degree temps. Outside there were two large sundecks with plenty of patio seating and a gas firepit/table to enjoy in the evenings. It was a modern, open concept home, with views of the lake. The property manager Mandeep was responsive and super helpful. Our group enjoyed staying at the home and would stay at this unit again.

It was clean and comfortable, everything we needed was there. The nearby amenities were great for kids and adults. The host was responsive and kind and we’re already planning our next stay there!
