Located in the quite and peaceful community of Fintry this newly built home on a very large lot boasts 3 bedrooms (1 King bed, 2 Queens), a pullout couch (Queen), full kitchen, Charcoal BBQ, 2 bathrooms, and a gorgeous deck and front patio. Just minutes by foot to the Okanagan lake and Fintry Provincial Park. Ample parking inside and outside the garage is provided, with enough room to park a boat and take advantage of the 2 boat launches located within minutes of the house. High speed internet is available, along with laundry facilities, kids toys, games, and DVD's. Groceries are available via delivery (and Wine!) so one needs not even leave once they get settled. If required though West Kelowna lies approximately 25min to the south or Vernon 30 min to the North. Quiet neighborhood, accommodating host and great communization, being allowed to use paddle boards and lake toys was a bonus, Air conditioning was great in 36 degree summer heat. Close to lake. Had groceries delivered so we didn’t have to make the drive in and out much. Lots of deer and wildlife.
