This house was perfect for celebrating my parent's 60th wedding anniversary. The house layout was fantastic and the kitchen and wet bar were stocked very well with everything we needed for cooking our meals. Both of the property managers were super responsive and fantastic to work with on any questions we had during our stay. We would absolutely love to come stay again!

The seven of us had a great visit in the Splendor. The location is great, view AMAZING, and the weather was perfect. Hot tub a plus. Kitchen had everything we needed but baking sheet. Second refrigerator in the garage a big plus.There were few things we thought could be better but the view trumped it all.What we wished it had:Dimmers in main living space and game room. Easy fix.Bright lights only. Game room has Murphy bed with no lamp or bedside light. Bright overhead lights! Sitting around the nice big table at night would be better if lights could be adjusted.East facing King bedroom very small with transom window and see through shades. If you like waking up at 6 from the sunshine, it's a great room for you.

This is the second time that we have stayed at this property. The house is set up great for everyone to be comfortable. It is also walking distance to the Chinook Winds Casino and all the dining there as well. I would recommend this place for anyone that wants to have a nice time in Lincoln City. Five stars!!

Wonderful house right on the beach. No direct access but it’s very close. Views in kitchen, living room and two master suites upstairs. Well laid out with plenty of room nicely furnished. Fully stocked kitchen with everything we needed for our stay. The game room is well stocked and the kids has a blast. Gena was excellent to communicate with and the manager locally was very respectful and responsive if we had a need. Take care of this property, it’s a gem. We will definitely be back with the family in the future.

We loved this house. It was clean and very comfortable. All of the rooms were large and plenty of bathrooms for a large group to get ready for the day. We appreciated the beach decor and the unique accessories. It's obvious the owners have put lots of thought into the comfort and convenience for their guests. The oceanfront hot tub was a big hit with our group even in the rain.

This house is absolutely perfect for family get togethers. The main floor is designed for entertaining. The kitchen is well stocked with nearly everything you need to cook Christmas dinner! Watching the massive waves of the king tides from every window was spectacular. I highly recommend it.

“Splendor by the Sea”was the greatest. The home is beautiful, with a best location, really easy beach access, the kitchen had all the amenities we needed to make our Thanksgiving dinner and Randy and Gena were so accommodating. We wished we had booked another day. We’ll be back!!!

Beautiful, comfortable home in a great location. Splendor is the perfect name for this home! The property manager was very attentive, and the home was even better than advertised. 7 of us ladies between 67 and 83 years young had a wonderful week. Great beach access plus easy walking distance to Safeway and good restaurant at Chinooks Seafod Grill, though we mostly cooked for ourselves in easy to use kitchen. Wish the weather could've cooperated so we could use the hot tub, but it was too windy to risk unlocking the cover. Also didn't make use of the beautiful fireplace because it didn't get cold enough. All in all, we can highly recommend this property, and would love to return!!

Our 9 year old grandson declared "This is a DREAM beach house!" when we walked in. I got high praise from the rest of our crew for finding it. With our adult kids and niece and families, we had four couples, two 9 year olds and a 6 year old. The house was a perfect fit, the ocean view mesmerizing. A great place to spend a week with your loved ones.

Absolutely everything! Just to try to really try to think of some feedback to benefit owners I have a couple comments. Both the garage door and front door require a bit of force and jiggling to open. We inadvertently left a griddle we purchases as there wasn’t one. Hope others enjoy it in the future! We also left a bunch of firewood for future beach fire for guests. Cone coffee filters, or the info to bring some, would have prevented a bit of a malfunction with the coffee pot. Again, absolutely no complaints, just racking my brain for minor thoughts. Thank you for making my family’s vacation delightful!

The spacious rooms and number of sleeping areas made it possible for us to come and have a great time relaxing with our kids/grandkids. The awesome views out the windows made it so much better! And we could all sit at one table😁 6 adults, 4 toddlers and a 2 month baby. We had never been to this area of Lincoln City before and it was very relaxing. The rocks in the ocean here actually had a lot of sea life, starfish and all, and that was special too at low tide.

The home was spectacular! They welcomed us With the light and music on! The rooms were perfect for the 2 families! You cannot beat sitting in the hot tub morning noon or night rain or shine listening to the waves! Plenty of towels, and everything needed for the kitchen. Sand toys available for use! The rocks directly behind the property had all the urchins and starfish. We LOVED this place and would rent again in a heartbeat!! Thank you

The location and views and layout of this house is unbeatable! Short walk down to the beach, rooftop views and hot tub were amazing! Walk to the casino, walk to Safeway. Short drives to the outlet mall and restaurant. My only “complaint”, more of a suggestion, would be that the game room Murphy bed really isn’t suitable for adults - mattress is hard as a rock and the whole thing squeaks whenever anyone moves. This was not anything that would deter us from staying here again. We’re already planning our next trip!

We had a group of 11 people and there was plenty of room for all of us. Hot tub is in the perfect location to sit and relax and watch the waves and the sunsets. There is not a bad view from any place in the house. Perfectly located to walk to the casino and to the beach. Splendor was immaculate and my friends and I are already planning for the next stay here!!! I promise you will not be disappointed if you stay here!!!

We had an incredible ladies weekend away at this stunning property! The view is insane and the pictures don’t even do it justice. We loved being able to walk the beach, do some fun hikes and enjoy the spacious and lovely house. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and silverware, the table is big enough for large groups and it was a beautiful and peaceful time. Definitely would stay here again!

The property was great with amazing views. It has everything you need/want with plenty of space for being together and for individual privacy. The rooms are all upstairs so that's something to consider when traveling with parents that don't get around well but the stairs are nice and wide to make it a little easier to navigate. It really is a great place and you may never leave the comfy bar chairs with the view.

My wife and have been renting beachfront property every year for our anniversary for over a decade and a half. This was absolutely the best of the best. Before we even arrived Randy was calling and texting me with very detailed instructions on using everything the property had to offer. Upon arrival we found the interior lights were all on and the house was all warmed up for us. Randy knew we would be arriving about the time the sun went down and made sure we could easily navigate around the home to move in. It was the most comfortable move in we have ever experienced. The home was very well equipped and very well appointed. The pool table was outstanding and we played every night. It was stormy most of the time we were there so we snuggled up to the cozy wood burning fireplace day and night. Although my wife and I rent these homes for ourselves we also check them out to see if they would be good for our family. I can tell you this home would be great for a family gathering! With the pool table, X-Box gaming system, great variety of board games--all in a seperate room, you couldn't go wrong with activities for the kids. The bar in the main living room would be a great place for entertaining adults while the kids played games upstairs. Oh, did I mention the view--it was outstanding! Special shout out to Randy for making this trip our best one yet! I would highly recommend this home and, god willing, we will be back again next year. Jerry
