I really liked the apartment. It was comfortable and well-equipped, with a kitchen and a fridge, which were very convenient during our stay. Communication with the property was prompt and helpful, and we truly appreciate it.

On the downside, there wasn’t even a bottle of water available when we arrived late at night, and we couldn’t find anything open nearby.

Getting the keys to the apartment was a little complicated

The advantages are that it is very clean and tidy, convenient to live in, and has various kitchen facilities. The location is also acceptable.

The apartment is located near a university, 18 minutes' walk from the check-in and key collection place. The information provided by the landlord is not clear. It would be much more convenient if there is a picture or video guide. We walked back and forth twice between the apartment and the key collection place. When booking, it was marked that there was airport pick-up service. After I booked it, the landlord said that they did not provide it and asked me to ask booking. The platform replied the next day that the landlord provided pick-up service. The check-out time of this apartment is 10 am, which I think is very unreasonable.
