LAM Anthracite w AC & balcony

The room was great, modern, and looked exactly like the photos with plenty of amenities. It was quite clean and comfortable to stay in. While it is not located right in the city center, getting there is very easy thanks to the nearby bus and tram connections.

The entry system with all the doors and access codes was a bit complicated. More concerning was their policy requiring you to pay city taxes through an external link, where you have to upload a selfie and a photo of your ID, which felt a bit sketchy but turned out to be ok. They also hold a 100€ security deposit before check-in, although this was returned without issue after departure.

The apartment is modern and clean.

No detergent nor sponge/cloth in the kitchen. No shower curtain. Staff is inexistant (we only received automatic messages regarding check-in and check-out). They charge 100 eur deposit for possible damage, so read their policies carefully! We got it back on the 5th day after checking out. Self check-in instructions are very complicated. If you use their suggested parking garage, instructions are missing, such as that you have to scan the parking ticket to get to the reception. After that we had to get out of the building to find back entrance to the same building to reach our apartment. When I asked for clarification after finally getting in with the help of receptionist, nobody responded. I only received automatic message regarding check-out on our last day. The instructions regarding getting out of the garage were also missing. Basically, you cannot pay and then go out by car, you have to approach the first ramp in your car and then pay so that camera reads your license plate. Also, the exit itself from garage is tricky. It is very steep, with second ramp and automatic doors. There was a car in front of us and the door opened for them. The camera read our license plate and opened, but the doors closed and we were stuck. We had to go back to the reception (do not forget your parking ticket to get in and proof of payment!) so the receptionist would open the door. There is a "help" button on the ramp, but nobody responded. In short: as much as the apartment is great, the hustle to get in and out (with 3 kids and several suitcases) seamed like a nightmare.

El apartamento cumple con todo lo necesario para pasar una estancia en Bratislava. Como éramos 6 personas quizá íbamos un poco justas de espacio, pero está muy bien aprovechado.

Por poner alguna pega le faltaría una cortina de baño o algo porque se sale mucho el agua.

Grande télévision, appartement et immeuble tout neuf. Le lit double est confortable.

Le parking est... compliqué. L'entrée dans l'immeuble est plus que compliquée. Je déconseille fortement à des voyageurs recherchant un hôte présent et une arrivée facile. Le fait qu'il y ait des "instructions" d'entrée est déjà un mauvais signe. Pas de douche? Vraiment? Appartement décevant, des odeurs de tabac, un hôte absent. Canapés lits confortables comme... des canapés lits. Ok pour des enfants, pas pour des adultes.
