Great location, with bus and tram stations nearby. Spacious and clean room with an access to small balcony. I found everything I needed in the kitchen. Instructions about location/key/garbage disposal were easy to understand.

The free parking directly at the accommodation is a huge plus, especially considering its central location in the city. The property is a new building situated in a quiet area, which made for a peaceful stay. The apartment itself is spacious and well-equipped, although we mainly used it just for sleeping and showering, as we spent most of our time outside.
It would be great to have two large towels per person provided for added comfort. Regarding cleanliness, I would rate it a 9 out of 10, so there is still some space for improvement in this area.

The location is great although not central. You can reach the city centre with a 10 minute tram drive. Very easy. And you can park the car safely in the private underground garage directly conneccted to the apartment floor via elevator. New and high quality building. Bar, ice cream and bakery in the building itself.

Like in most apartment that belong to some real estate. Not very clean, bedsheet with wholes. I have been ask not to make any bad opinion if I was not happy. That is not fair.
