About this apartment rental
This house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood and is perfect for families and friends. It is just a 5 minute drive to Lake Pontchartrain, the Bayou and City Park where you can enjoy Cafe Du Monde, playgrounds, walking trails, NOMA, the children’s museum, paddle boats, bike rentals, storyland, putt putt, tennis courts and a golf course. Located a quick 10 minute drive to downtown and the French Quarter.
This property is a newly renovated house in a peaceful neighborhood. There is a king bed in the primary suite and queen beds in the other 2 bedrooms. There is a sofa bed in the living area. The house has off street parking to fit multiple vehicles.
There are 40` Flat screen TV`s in all bedrooms. WiFi internet.
Living room has a 60` TV. The movie theater room has a 110` projector screen & 7.1 THX surround sound.
The entire house and backyard is all yours.
We are available as needed to assist with any questions you may have.
Quaint, quiet Gentilly where all the neighbors know each other and greet guests with a smile. There is a playground and green space around the corner from the house. It is in a perfect location for reaching anywhere in the city by car in no more than 15 minutes or public transportation. Within walking distance there is a Subway, Italian restaurant, grocery store and bakery. There is a Walgreens as well as a gas station less than 5 minutes away for conveniences. There is also a Walmart about a 5-7 minute drive away.

Continue onto I-610 W
Take exit 2C to merge onto Paris Ave
Turn right onto Charlton Dr
Turn left onto Chamberlain Dr
Off street parking provided.

Right from the beginning - details of listing being accurate, helpfulness of Dominque to enjoying a he rental, all resulted in a great stay! Easy access to all the great spots - Jazz Fest, French Quarter and airport!The house was immaculate, as described in write up and plenty of updated amenities (including snacks) left for us. We will definitely stay here next time!

Property was great for our family trip and the fenced in yard was great for our dog. Dominique was very quick to respond as well!

We had an amazing time, this house sits in the perfect location, the house is very spacious and accommodated all of our needs. This house was perfect for our upcoming NFL player thank you for allowing us to stay at your home. I highly recommend this home. We definitely will be back in the near future.

We visited New Orleans for a milestone birthday with family. Everything about this listing was spot on. Dominique was fantastic to deal with and the photos on-line are a perfect depiction of the home. It was super clean upon arrival and exceeded our expectations. Far enough away from the French Quarter but close enough to not be an issue. I highly recommend this property, it was fantastic!
