Check in process was simple and easy. The apartment had great bones and character. Location could not be beat.
There is a night club below that I don't think was communicated well. The hosts took a while to respond and did not always answer the questions or concerns. We contacted them night one about the ice machine and it was never fixed. The showers leaked and there was soap scum on the glass. There was a pipe that burst in NOLA in our area and we ended up in a boiled water advisory and they never mentioned it when we messaged them about there being no water pressure.

The property was clean and comfortable. Very nice apartment. Very well maintained. The Athenian restaurant on the corner is a must try.
The location was pretty noisy lots of truck noise in the morning. The first night there was lots of noise from the club next door. Thumping music all night along with drag racing out on the street, fighting all night outside from club goers. Luckily it was only one night. Water pressure is not good. Hand held shower would be nice. Mattress was hard but that is subjective. I’ve Also something to note the tenant or guest of the apartment smoked pot all day everyday and the smell was very strong in our apartment. The elevator sounds like it’s on its last leg.

Lage super, die Wohnung an sich ist sehr schön und auch liebevoll eingerichtet, Betten sehr bequem
Ausreichend Platz für vier Personen
Sauberkeit könnte besser sein, Wandschränke nicht nutzbar, Hauseingang war Baustelle, was theoretisch nicht schlimm ist .. wenn man vorgewarnt ist,
Teile von „irgendwas“ standen in unseren Schlafzimmer. Wände amerikanisch dünn, so dass man den Nachbarn telefonieren und den Club unten hören kann (muss)
