About this apartment rental
Sandpiper Bay Club is a very well kept complex with Naples Harbor and Gulf access. The view from our lanai is of the green space preserve and main pool and provides for a nice quiet setting. The main pool is visible from the lanai and the smaller pool is located at the west end of our building. Shopping and restaurants are about a mile away and easily walked on a course enjoyed by many walkers throughout the day. Our unit is an end unit with stairs separating us from the neighbors which helps maintain a level of privacy. The lanai is finished with sliding storm glass opening to the preserve providing a nice breakfast/lunch setting. The laundry room is very spacious with room for storage. We have beach chairs, an umbrella, cooler, beach towels, shark tooth hunting tools and a few other beach related items. We are very close to 5th Ave, Tin City, and many other attractions. Season rates, Dec.-Mar. are currently $3500/mo. and Apr.-Nov. are $2900/mo. A 3 month lease, Jan.-Mar., will receive a $200/mo. discount. We start leasing with the month of Jan. alone or combined with Feb. then Mar. Multi month leases will be processed first. There is a $150.00 application fee (non refundable) and a $100 parking permit fee. The application includes a background check.

Condo is exactly as described. A short 5 to 10 minute drive to 5th ave shopping/ restauants or Naples Pier Beach.
The Condo is spacious and comfortable. A large pool ( was never busy when we were there) is right around the corner.
From Condo. The owner is quick to respond to any questions you may have. The condo application process is a bit onerous, but we'll worth the effort( it protects owners and guests alike). Would definitely return if given the opportunity.

Our landlord anticipated our every need - including a text on a chilly-for-Florida morning to make sure we knew how to work a new thermostat! Sandpiper Bay was beautifully maintained. The pool was within view and delightful. We had everything we needed for a wonderful month in Naples....
