Working with Jason and Karin was nothing short of fantastic. They were both very responsive and helpful. Rental was brand new and in a very quiet neighborhood. Will definitely be staying here again in the future.

OK, I am a harsh critic. I admit it. I needed a place to stay in Boulder following a family wedding. We wanted to hike (and bike) and have good access to "everything" but we wanted a quiet and peaceful spot. Enter Jason and Karin. I did message them prior to our booking with questions and they were prompt and friendly. So I booked the unit based on a gut feeling. IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT. The unit is so close to hiking, biking, everything one could want in Boulder. Jason was SO helpful with any and every question. We have stayed in Boulder before in a similar basement unit (which is no longer rented) and were so happy to find just what we needed. You cannot ask for more convenience, space, friendliness and overall detail. Boulder is an amazing place and Jason and Karin have gone the extra mile. Do not be put off by the lack of reviews due to COVID. They are so responsible and conscientious which part of what motivated me to stay with them in the first place. I hope to return many times since the newlyweds are family living within good driving distance. Thanks, Jason and Karin for helping to craft the perfect end to a fairy tale wedding stay.
