The patio is very spacious with travertine marble tile and equipped with a large table that can seat 8. It Also has 3 patio lounge chairs. There is a small Putting Green W/ small chipping area, Webber BBQ, outdoor shower, And the patio furniture is Very comfortable

Beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood and the water view is very special. The bedrooms were wonderful with comfortable king size beds and an air mattress we used in the living room. We loved sitting on the back patio visiting and eating at the patio table that had plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed the Club house pool that is just down the street. The pontoon boat was nice addition but I was expecting it to be fully functional. (the steering is jerry rigged and the trolling motors are way under powered). Two additional issues that need repaired: two of the toilets need new tank fillers and all of the sliding glass door locks need to be repaired.
