About this house rental
This beautiful updated home in Tempe offers 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. Perfect vacation spot to unwind and relax in a comfortable home. No chores at checkout!
Enjoy the Arizona sun in a spacious backyard with a pool, games, BBQ, and plenty of seating.
Your group will be close to everything when you stay at this home(10 min from airport, 10 min to Cubs stadium, 5 min from ASU, 15 min from Old Town Scottsdale)

-Fully stocked kitchen with a drip coffee maker (coffee grounds included)
-Open floor plan to allow guests to mingle whether they are in the kitchen, dining room, or living room .
-Large living room with 65 in Roku Smart TV- can access all your favorite streaming apps (you will need your own login)
-Large dining table that can fit 6-8 people.
-Large laundry room with washer and dryer (detergent and dryer sheets included) (iron and ironing board also available)

-Large pool (not heated)
-Grill
-Patio furniture
-Outdoor games- cornhole and giant Connect Four

The home is located in a quiet neighborhood so we kindly request no events or parties.
The city has laws about noise disturbances. If police are called, they may impose fines that guests will be responsible for.
The home shall not be used by more than the number of children and adults listed on the reservation
The home cannot be used for non-residential activities such as corporate events, parties or weddings.
The pool is not fenced/gated. Any use of the pool is at the risk of the guest. Diving is not recommended.
The pool is not heated.
No smoking/vaping inside the home.
Late checkout/early check in may be available for a fee. Please message me for more details.
