My family and I have been staying at the Grouper House for several years now. It feels like home and we continue to make more wonderful memories. There were several great upgrades this year, such as tv's in the bedrooms and down by the pool. I honestly can't think of anything that could make our stay better. As usual, Sean and Jose take great care of us! Looking forward to next year!

Grouper House was Perfect. We had 4 couples and with the 4 bedrooms 4 bath it made really nice. Don’t even have to leave your room for coffee. The house was very clean. We had 1 sink drain that was draining slow and I called Jose he was there within 10 minutes or less. I even said hey y’all might want to get a squeegee for the pool bathroom it is very slick when wet.
Jose met me at the boat ramp and help me launch.
Sean and the owner showed up upon our arrival gave us a tour of the home. There is nothing to not like about renting from Happinthekeys!!!

The house was wonderful, a perfect set up for 4 couples vacationing together. It was beautifully decorated and expertly equipped with anything needed to complement our stay. The check in was easy and we were pleasantly surprised that the property manager met us there to show us around on arrival. The pool and house were well maintained and communication with the host was very easy. Would definitely stay here again!
