2,008 square foot luxury townhome with 4 bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms, sleeps 8-10 comfortably. Enjoy the beautiful view of Mt. Cranmore in the back yard and Cathedral Ledge in the front. Centrally located, it’s easy to enjoy all the fun activities Mount Washington Valley has to offer. Just minutes to Storyland!! Minutes to The Village!! Whitaker Woods trail system crosses through the property. Wild Cat, Attitash, Echo Lake State Park (a small fee per person) and Settlers Green Outlets, are also within a short drive.

The upstairs level includes 3 bedrooms with vaulted ceilings. Master bedroom has a King bed, a crib (crib blanket in hallway closet) and a master bathroom. Second bedroom has a Queen bed with a walk in closet and third bedroom has a Twin trundle bed with closet. The two bedrooms share the hallway full bathroom. **New curtains just added to each bedroom for added privacy!!**

The main floor includes a spacious living room with a gas fireplace to keep you cozy and a bench for more sitting room. Beautiful hardwood floors throughout with spacious floor plan that opens to a full dining room and large kitchen with granite counter tops and a half bath.

The spacious family room is located on the finished lower-level with a full bath. It is equipped with a twin trundle, pull out Queen sleeper sofa used mainly for extra sitting area, two leather futons and a futon-like sofa. Also acts as the 4th bedroom, when needed. Great space for the kids.
