Enjoy the peace and quiet in your 900 square feet, two-bedroom, one-bath, living room home. 13 short walking blocks to historic downtown McMinnville, past classic, warm, residential streets. Perfect for one couple or two who want to experience all the wonders of the Willamette Valley but don't want to break the bank. Plan to enjoy meals out (no kitchen and kitchen access to the main house), and let the Oregon Wine Zimmer be your place of rest.
We provide a small refrigerator, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, and table top ice maker.

Two-night minimum.

The rental was better than we had anticipated. The only convenience they did not have was a kitchen, but with a microwave, toaster, fridge, Keurig and tea pot, you didn’t need it. Two bedrooms with one bath made it bigger than we needed. The outdoor deck was great. We were a 5 minute drive to downtown McMinnville that has a number of restaurants and at least 10 tasting rooms, maybe more. If we have a chance to come back to wine country in Oregon, we will look to stay here again. The owners were very nice, attentive and responsive.

Was just me staying 3 nights. Two good sized rooms with King beds and large living room with plenty of furniture. Full size bathroom and clean. Even though there’s not a full kitchen, there’s plenty of appliances and even an ice maker. Big flatscreen, I didn’t really watch much due to daily activities. Parking right by entrance stairs to unit and there’s lights as well. Was a nice neighborhood with friendly people walking by in the morning and afternoons while I was getting car ready for the day. Recommend as a very affordable, nice and clean place to stay.

This was an absolutely fantastic place to stay. The location is perfect to get around town as well as the entire surrounding area. Made such great ease to travel to wineries if different directions. Estelle was a great host making sure we had everything we needed. The listing is extremely accurate to everything mentioned. Plus parking was so easy and it was like having our own space. This was a first class experience. Please just go when it’s available.

My four friends and I stayed here for a joint birthday weekend for two of us. Even without a kitchen they had everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed wine and meals on the deck, which was perfect and a great size with a table and four chairs on one end and a lounge-y area as well. The location was great - not quite downtown but a quick drive and so close to wineries. I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed in the Zimmer for 3 night for a wine tasting weekend. It was the perfect size for 4 adults. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were a good size. There was plenty of comfortable seating in the living room. The deck was such a nice place to sit with your coffee and a book in the morning and a nice glass of wine in the evening. We will definitely be back.

This was a great place to call home base during our trip to wine country. Despite it being 100 degrees out, the A/C unit helped keep us cool. While it is a walk to the main strip, on a non-scorching day, it would be perfect for strolling downtown to grab breakfast or dinner. The neighborhood was quiet, and parking was ample. We were lucky to find this listing during the IPNC. Access to the smart TV was also a bonus since it was too hot to do much after a day of wine tasting.

The price is what draws you in but you get what you pay for. This is not walking distance to town (unless you consider 30 minutes reasonable) and there is a hollow door that is connected to the house where you can hear someone singing and playing the piano, doing dishes and conversing. It felt very strange, like we were staying in our friends parents house. The door had a key code and had to try several times to get in and the cleaning fee goes to the homeowner where you slip a sheet of paper under the hollow door to let them know they can come and clean. Little notes everywhere about blinds being broken and don’t do this/that. If you’re on a budget this is the place for you but we felt duped and uncomfortable.

My Husband, Sister-in Law, and I stayed at the property. We were in town for my Son & Daughter-in Law's wedding reception. Property is about a mile from downtown McMinnville, which is loaded with shops and delicious restaurants. This property has no kitchen, however there is a small fridge, microwave, electric hot water pot , and a Kuerig. 4 coffee mugs and 4 wine glasses were also provided. there is a small round table that seats four. The living room had 2 couches, a loveseat, and a chair. The bedrooms were small but had large closets. The shower is in the tub, but it was a good shower. The deck area was great and the property is located in a nice area for walking around. The price was right as well. McMinnville is a great town
