    The hotel room is clean, the comfort room looks new, towels are clean too but comforters are quite quite worn out, it has a restaurant that serves good food at affordable price. The establishment is near the mrt station with so many restaurants nearby. I'm satisfied with my stay in this hotel considering its reasonable price i found online.

    I’m very disappointed with what happened during our recent check-in at Red Hotel. I booked a Family Room for ₱***, but when we checked out, I later realized that our room had been downgraded to a Deluxe Twin Room that costs only ₱***. We were not informed or notified about this downgrade during check-in. I filed a complaint with Agoda, and they explained that they had pushed my booking to Booking.com because they were unable to book directly with the hotel. However, this was done without properly notifying us. If I had known that my booking would be handled this way, I would have simply booked directly through the hotel’s website and avoided the additional fees. Simply put, I paid an extra ₱800 for a Deluxe Twin Room instead of the Family Room I originally booked and paid for. This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. I expected to receive the room category that I had originally booked and paid for, or at the very least, to be informed before any changes were made to my reservation.
