Every detail is well though of. Even softness of towels. Great spacious rooms with excellent bathrooms. Great room service with best pizza in Nha Trang 😋
Missed out on smart tv functions on smart tv for us to listen music from spotify or youtube. But that’s really a minor thing.

Amazing hotel, excellent staff and the Manager Nguyen Gia Huy was both friendly and helpful with any questions we had. Breakfast was varied but mostly for Asians. Pool and gym were great. While there are restaurants in the area we found it better to get a grab and go 10 mins down the road to better choices. Beach is a 10 min walk. While the hotel is away from the busy tourist area we loved. Ming back to the peace and serenity of this hotel

Khi tôi nhận phòng, lễ tân đòi charge thêm 400k dù booking tôi đã đặt 3 người lớn cùng 1 trẻ 14 tuổi. Có trưởng bộ phận lễ tân ở đó mà vẫn charge tiền của khách thì có 2 khả năng: 1. Qua mặt trưởng bộ phận.
2. Cả đám hùa nhau. Đối với ks 5* thì việc làm này thật thiếu chuyên môn, đáng xấu hổ.
Máy lạnh bị giọt nước trong phòng.
