    This is not my first stay at this hotel, and hopefully not my last. I absolutely loved both of my stays and would happily come back again. The breakfast is exceptional. There is always a generous selection of fresh food, with a great mix of cuisines. What I particularly appreciate is that the food is continuously replenished until the very end of breakfast. So even if you prefer to sleep a little longer and arrive at 9:40, you’ll still find a full selection rather than leftovers. As for the rooms, I had a great room during my first stay. During my second stay, however, there was a slight smell of mold, even though the room itself was clean. Housekeeping was done every day and the rooms were well maintained throughout my stay. The wellness facilities are another highlight. The sauna, hammam, hot jacuzzi and cold plunge pool are perfect for complete relaxation. One thing that I found quite strange, though, is that the changing room is shared by men and women. I really think separate changing rooms would make the experience much more comfortable. The outdoor swimming pool is lovely as well, with a beautiful sea view. However, keep in mind that it is often in the shade, so it can get quite windy and the water feels rather chilly. A big thank you to the staff for being so polite and welcoming. I especially appreciated receiving a spa voucher, which I used during my stay and honestly, it was bliss. It was the best massage I’ve had in Nha Trang so far. I do have one small piece of feedback for the management regarding the pool staff. There seemed to be a flyer with a food and drink promotion available to guests at certain hours, but twice I wasn’t able to even finish reading it because a staff member simply took the flyer away from me while I was still looking at it. I found that quite rude and felt uncomfortable. If something is no longer available, I think it would be much better to simply explain that rather than grabbing it in front of your eyes. One more thing to keep in mind is the location. Although the hotel is in a relatively quiet area, it is close to the main road and there’s a bar downstairs, so some rooms can be quite noisy at night. One night I had difficulty falling asleep with earplugs. When I asked to change rooms, I was told that the hotel was fully booked and that moving to another room probably wouldn’t make a difference. I understand the situation, but I think this is something the hotel should clearly mention to guests, especially those who specifically request a quiet room. Despite these minor issues, I really enjoyed both of my stays. Overall experience makes this hotel a place I would definitely recommend and I would happily stay here again.

    The view was amazing. For a 5 star hotel you would expect everything to be great for the *** price you pay. Towel had brown stains. Complimentary sauna which saunas were broken and steam room also didn’t work. But besides that view was amazing and the pool. Breakfast buffet was delicious!

    Attendants at every amenity and service station (check-in, restaurants, pool, spa, rooftop bar, housekeeping) are impressively responsive and eagerly anticipating your needs. It made this ordinary tourist feel special. :) Our room was quite spacious and clean, seeming to be new or recently renovated. Really, the only downside if you want a beachside hotel is that the beach across the street is not particularly impressive or clean. But hey, with the alternative being the hotel’s 7th floor infinity-edge pool with a swim-up bar, who needs a beach?

    The hotel room was clean but the bathroom was not 5 star. Hotel was too far and shuttle bus to the city was available twice a day. Food at the Chinese restaurant was excellent so were the staff. The tub on the balcony would be better if it was a spa bath. The pool was too deep 1.8m for average person so couldn’t swim.
