Excellent pick for visit Zadar.

Very modern and clean, great interior and exterior, everything still very new. The host is just exceptional, very communicative, had a list of recommendations (places to visit and restaurants) ready in printed format. We had a very early flight and since the apartment was ready and we arrived with kids who needed a nap badly, we were let in earlier and even had a possibility to have breakfast. Breakfast was also very good - tasty omelets, vegetables, fruits etc., good coffee. It was a blessing! The pool was great, with a perfect view of the bay, towels, comfy loungers. The view from the apartment as also great - overlooking the bay and ships.

We would absolutely recommend

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Hresc. It is a short walk from the Old town where most of the main attractions, restaurants and shops are situated. It is also between two beaches where you can enjoy the sun and the turquoise sea. The Villa overlooks the sea and you can easily enjoy the sunset if you don't fancy a walk to the sea organ. The staff were accommodating and the breakfast was excellent.

The only thing I could think off is that there is only 1 restaurant nearby and the closest shop is 10-15 min away but that's really all.

The owner is very friendly and helpful. The room is very clean and many bath towels to use. I like our big terrace with ocean view. It was very refreshing.

I would like it if they have more choices for the breakfast. Maybe coffee can be improved.

as a solo traveller, there weren’t many opportunities for mixing with other tourists like you would get in a hostel- if that’s the kind of trip that you’re looking for, then consider one of the many hostels in town.

I'd stay here at least a week pre-season. Excellent facilities and good prices at this time.

Staff super, Delicious buffet breakfast. Quiet room. Location on the marina with views. This was one of the stellar locations of our two month trip in Croatia and Slovenia.

We had a few problems navigating the city I think because or GPS was a bit off so we have to go through the center of Zadar which can be confusing.

We would have preferred to have the option to cook some basic stuff at the apartment since it has a kitchenette. But we were told that this is not an option (anymore).

Clean room, friendly staff, silent place.

The view to the see is great, it’s a silent place but still in walking distance to the old town and to nice beaches. Staff is helpful, u can easily rent a bike I can recommend to visit a nice places and a bit distant beaches.

A bit more variety of breakfast and a better fridge to keep drinks cool the full day.

Super friendly and helpful host and staff. Beautiful full seaview from the apartment's terrace. Lovely pool and garden. Great buffet breakfast and lovely outdoor seating area. Altogether we had a great stay in Zadar - lots to do and see. Villa Hresc was lovely base to explore from.

Very nice apartment. We had to change to a bigger one as the double bedroom was small. The apartment giagantic with huge terrase. Private pool with grass around has been my daughter favorite.

A little boring breakfast - the same exactly everyday and not too many choices. That may be connected to the lower than ususal guest ammount. Small parking lot may be difficult for people with not good driving skills. For us no issue. Wifi was ok but not great for remote conferences and work.

Rewelacyjny wypoczynek w cudownej willi, zarządzanej przez wspaniałych gospodarzy. Czystość, udogodnienia, śniadania, blisko ważnych miejsc...wszystko na duuuuży +. Katherine i gospodarz Anna przemiłe. Czuliśmy się jak w domu lub u dobrych przyjaciół. Basen rewelacyjny, woda super. Codziennie sprzątany basen i pokoje. Widoczek z balkonu zapiera dech. Bardzo polecam to miejsce!!!😍 Lot powrotny mieliśmy bardzo wcześnie rano, więc śniadanko dostaliśmy na wynos. Jeśli ktoś sie waha czy bookować... to zróbcie to bez obaw, nie będziecie żałować. 👌😁🤩

Die Apartments sind sehr sauber und gross! Der Balkon ist gut ausgestattet mit Liegen und die Aussicht ist der Wahnsinn .Das Personal ist super zuvorkommend und sehr nett😊 Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen ... Der Pool ist sehr sauber,warm und man kann bis 20.00 baden.. Wir hatte eine tolle Zeit in Zadar😉😉

Eigenlijk alles. De locatie was top, prive parkeerplek, appartement was ruim, schoon, goed onderhouden met een mooi balkon met top uitzicht. Zwembad was niet groot maar helemaal prima. Bedjes met handdoeken. Er werd altijd meegedacht bij een vraag, eten voor excursies meegegeven, handdoeken voor excursies. Alles bij elkaar echt een aanrader!
