About this house rental
Casa Terraza is a charming 3 bedroom, 3 bath house situated on a mountain with gorgeous ocean and jungle views. Toast spectacular Pacific sunsets with afternoon cocktails on the terrace. Enjoy frequent visits from monkeys, toucans, scarlet macaws, kinkajous, sloths and exotic tropical birds. This is nature lover's heaven. Relax in the hammock to birdsongs and gentle breezes. The house is situated in the quiet Las Brisas neighborhood, a safe, quiet area with several restaurants within walking distance.
We also have a charming 1 bedroom apartment on the premises, which when available will sleep 2 - 3 people. it has a full kitchen, private terrace and access to the garden paths. Vrbo #1144628.

Upstairs is the master suite with luxury bathroom with tub and shower with a view and a private balcony with a spectacular Pacific view. Downstairs are two bedrooms, one with a sofa bed, and two full bathrooms. The floorplan is open with living, dining and kitchen areas in a very large room with high ceilings and custom local teak beams and cedar planks. The spacious terrace opens on to the infinity pool and overlooks the ocean. There are lots of places to relax, sun or eat outdoors. Carport and additional parking available. There is weekly maid service and a night guard from 7:30 pm to 4:30 am every evening.
The garden features a winding path through tropical jungle full of trees, flowers and fruit. Stroll through the bouganvilla arbor and explore the garden. There are mango, banana, cashew, lime, papaya and soursop trees on the property.
Everything is close by. Manuel Antonio national park and beach, the spectacular Pez Vela marina complex, lots of restaurants, fishing, zip-lining, nature tours, snorkeling and so much more. You can even arrange a chef to prepare meals or have a massage or other spa services on the terrace. Our concierge can help you plan the perfect vacation.

Perfect slice of paradise! The home was beautiful, the wildlife was amazing. The location was awesome, conveniently located to everything we needed. Costa Rica will forever hold a piece of our hearts. The whole team was amazing - Krissia, Carol, Mariam, and Daniel. Every excursion they recommended for us to take was more of the same, incredibly nice people.

I spent four wonderful weeks at Casa Terraza with my adult children and their spouses. The house and property were spotless and easily met all of our expectations. We were visited by many monkeys, makaws, toucans (and one sloth)! The house is very close to many of the best attractions in Quepos and Manuel Antonio. The concierge, Krissia, gave us many helpful suggestions for things to see and do, and made reservations for us at several. Cleaners came twice a week to clean and do laundry. A magical vacation! From the back deck, we did see lots of birds, some monkeys and an iguana. Unfortunately on more than one day there was the smell of sewer present and on the last full day we were without water (the concierge did arrange to fix the water problem as quickly as could reasonably be expected).
