Beautiful 3 bedroom / 3 bath beach front home located in section 3 of Las Conchas. This single level home offers incredible views of the Sea of Cortez. Kitchen, Living & Dining rooms completely remodeled with expanded patio! All new major appliances! Stunning granite countertops & new furniture throughout! Brand new travertine floors! Master bedroom offers king size bed, private bath & access to the patio. Second bedroom has a king size bed & private bath. The third bedroom has 1 queen bed & 1 swedish bunk w/ a lower full bed & upper twin. If interested there is a Casita you can add on as well for additional space. Ask us if you are interested.

We had an amazing time with our family! Plenty of room and the back porch has shade at all times of the day which is perfect for those of us that sunburn! The beach was clean and lovely, barely any real rocks and the water was absolutely perfect. Kayak's provided worked well and was a new activity for us. The house itself was clean and well stocked with plenty of plates/cups/ eating utensils, food prep items.... The recommendation of Peter's Tamales was excellent, he even custom made breakfast burritos for those of us with allergies! The microwave went on the fritz while we were there but they were out within the hour to help. AC worked GREAT the whole time, just had to keep bedroom doors slightly open at night otherwise they got too hot. The 10 gallons of bottled water provided was wonderful and even with 6 of us, didn't use all of it. We hope to stay here in the future!

This place is it! Fantastic location in Las Conchas - not too far in, not too close to the gate, perfect sandy beach, and the view dreams are made of! The house itself is the perfect set up for multiple couples or families traveling together. All the bedrooms are somewhat split from each other and there are 3 full baths designated for each bedroom. Plus we like having the option to add on the casita for another bedroom and bath. The open floorplan allows everyone to be part of the action (in the kitchen) but staying out of the way too! Other things we appreciated that are sometimes lacking in other Las Conchas rentals, great water pressure, hot water never ran out, plenty of cooking utensils and servingware, provided more than ONE trash bag, plenty of hand and dish soap, PLENTY OF DRINKING WATER, comfy beds, direct tv, the list goes on! BOOK THIS PLACE, you won't be sorry. Oh and Peter's Tamales are the best and Peter is THE BEST!
