-This beach home has 6 bedrooms and 4 baths which makes is the perfect multiple family getaway home. It is located in the gated community of Las Conchas in Rocky Point Mexico and has incredible views of the Sea of Cortez. It is just steps from the beautiful Las Conchas beach. It is the perfect rental house for a large family or multiple families who would like to vacation on a budget. Each room is expertly decorated and different from the other rooms. It has a full service kitchen and dining room or you can dine on the balcony overlooking the ocean.
*Maximum occupancy is twelve (12) people including children.
**Owner (property manager) lives in guest house (separate entrance and yard from main house).
***Rent this house for three nights on holiday weekends and two nights the rest of the year.

We spent two nights at this lovely home with my husband's parents and brother's family. With 6 bedrooms and 4 baths there was plenty of room for privacy but also plenty of space for gathering together. The house has so much character and is really lovely. Just a short 5-minute walk from the beach and a hose on the front patio made it easy to wash off sand before going inside. We'd definitely stay again in the future.

The house was great. It fit my family of 12 perfect. Lots of room and super clean when we arrived. Host also had great communication about everything we need to know. Would re-rent for future vacations :)

Everything about this house was great !!!I would definitely recommend this house to bigger families we had so much room. Loved the top balcony kids loved it so much they didn’t want to leave. Beach is a lil walk away from the house but not to bad. Wish we had more time to spend at the home. If you ever stayed in las conchas houses can be far from the gate this one wasn’t to bad. Directions from the gate to the home are exactly like the owner provides, easy to find. Bob made sure everything was ready for us when we got there. Thank you Bob for our beautiful experience in your home.
