    Our villa was just by the sea. Room and washroom was clean. We enjoyed our stay. Also the breakfast was very good. We tried srilankan breakfast and English breakfast.

    Stay exactly on beach. Very nice place , small rooms but value for money. Very good for late night arrival and great cozy morning views

    Honesty for this whole trip in Sri Lanka this is the worst dinner we had for the entire trip. Also the most expensive one. The food was not worth the price at all. As the menu described, it should include lobster and crabs, however the crab was not fresh, the prawns are not lobsters at all and no meat inside the shells. Didn’t expecting this for a 5star reviewed restaurant and hotel. For location, no doubt is great. Right next to the sea side, and walking distance to the Negombo fish market. Nice view for chill and enjoy the wave. Also room was big enough for family, just didn’t expecting whole room as no air circulation at all, even we at all fans on, still feel super uncomfortable at night. If not consider the mosquitoes outside, our family would much prefer sleep on the beach. Don’t understand how this hotel and restaurant get such a high review points on google and Agoda.
