Winston Sea Front Villa

We had a wonderful stay at Winton Guest House! We booked a double budget room, and it was truly outstanding—comfortable, clean, neat, and beautifully maintained. The atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. The food was absolutely amazing, and the staff were friendly, kind, and always helpful. A special thank you to the owner, who was incredibly helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall, we had a lovely experience and would highly recommend Winton Guest House to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Thank you for hospitality

The property is simple, clean and located right on the beach, which makes it a very relaxing and pleasant place to stay and there is also an on site restaurant offering a few vegetarian options, which are quite good. The location is also convenient, being quite close to the airport and the fish market, which makes it a practical base for a short stay in Negombo.

I asked for transportation from the airport and also for a transfer to Kandy, and in both cases the prices were significantly higher compared to what you can find on PickMe or other local services. In addition, the food at the restaurant is quite expensive compared to places nearby, but the location is very good.

I would have liked a mosquito net so that I could have the window open at night. early evening till maybe 9 pm there was the music box right in front of my room which was way too loud for me. given that I am a very early bedtime person that was not so cool.
