About this cottage rental
2 Bedroom, walk on waterfront cottage, fully furnished, open floor plan, hot tub, parking, BBQ, year round accommodation located 10 minutes from the Comox Airport and 15 minutes from downtown Courtenay and Comox shopping. Built in 2012, modern, with TV, DVD, internet and wi-fi. Watch the ocean from the front patio with cruise ships passing by and all the wildlife the Comox Valley has to offer. Bates Beach is close by with boat rentals, boat launch and fishing opportunities. Mount Washington ski and recreation resort is 45 minutes away. Centrally located on Vancouver Island in the heart of recreation and culture with many possibilities close at hand.
The cottage also offers full laundry facilities, outside shower, wood burning fireplace/stove, the ocean facing bedroom has one queen bed, the second bedroom has 2 single beds. patio furniture and a kitchen with all appliances and utensils necessary to make your stay a pleasant one.
PLEASE NOTE base rental rate quoted is for 2 guests. There is an additional charge for each guest (including children) beyond 2.

We really enjoyed our stay at this fantastic oceanside cottage, it was equipped with everything we could need for our stay.We spent a lot of time on the patio watching the Eagles and Blue Herons fishing and the numerous Crows figuring out how to get the clams out of their shells at low tide.The area is very quiet and secluded but still only minutes away from town for all your shopping needs.We will definitely be back !

Lovely cottage. Beautiful view - each day watching boats pass. Hikes on Seal harbor were close by amd the cottage is not far from town. There were nice touches- flowers on the table, in the washroom and on the patio. Furniture was comfortable and the hot tub worked well and was hot. The bathroom floor tiles were heated and the fireplace added ambiance. We will be back for sure!
