About this house rental
This is a comfortable and private 1 bedroom suite near the heart of downtown Comox. The space has a comfortable open design with separate 1 bedroom. There is a fully stocked kitchen with a large island that is fully equipped with everything you could need. Large and bright 720 sq ft space. Has locally made wood floors, a private entrance, onsite parking, gardens, flat screen TV, wifi, electric fireplace and a luxurious Queen size bed! There is also a custom made pull out sofa that sleeps two in the living room. This is a very convenient and cosy home away from home. Located 5 minutes from the Comox Airport(YQQ), a 15 minute walk to the sweeping beaches and fire pits at Goose Spit Park, a 45 minute drive to the slopes of Mount Washington and world class Mountain Biking in Cumberland is 20 minutes away. Float planes are available from Comox Harbour with direct flights to downtown Vancouver. For vacationing, purchasing a new home, or visiting family this is a great getaway and a great way to experience the amazing Comox Peninsula. Short Term rentals available. $25 extra/night per person. Longer term stays available.

This property is a real gem! Clean, well appointed and equipped, quiet, comfortable, spacious, relaxing, dog friendly, and great hosts. Well located near to services (short driving distance), places to walk (beaches, parks, quiet streets, walking paths), great restaurants ( with a variety of pubs, take-out, fine dining and a donut shop in Courtney that rivals the best anywhere). If you enjoy watching birds this is a region worth spending time in, with a comfortable place to rest your head.
