Good stay

- Clear communication and very friendly host - good kitchen - good shower - free parking in front of the building - good living room, enough space - big bathroom with 2 sinks

- beds and especially pillows not really comfortable for me - lively neighborhood so you should sleep with windows closed and if it’s hot you have a fan - there is no washing machine as shown in pictures but we didn’t need it

Nicely decorated apartment within easy walk of the town centre and port.

As a single parent of a teenager it is always good to find a place where we each have a bedroom and there is also a living space. Also great to have a proper oven in the kitchen. This is not often affordable - here it was! 15 minutes walk into town/port. Water taxis from the port take you straight to Toulon.

We booked before curfew was put in place (not hosts or our fault) which meant that a lot was closed. We did get food delivery easily in the evening. As we had a midweek stay and it is an a residential block there was some noise before we were ready to be up - next door was having building work, but again this was entirely beyond the control of the host and probably finished soon.

Very good

Great apartment, newly and tasteful refurbished. Coffee and tea were in the cupboards. I particularly liked that the owner used eco friendly cleaning products which were available to use throughout our stay. Area is fairly central, short drive to supermarket and beach. Beds very comfortable. Lovely shower.

Unfortunately the fridge didn’t work (large fridge-freezer, but only freezer part was cold) and the dishwasher didn’t get things clean! I’m sure a quick repair for these items will make them perfect again. Lots of hand towels were provided, but no large bath sheets. Even my children struggled with them after a shower.

satisfait de l'appartement mais un environnement trop bruyant.

Nous avons apprécié le lieu qui était très bien tenu, très propre et fonctionnel. Il manquait un peu d'eponge, papier toilette et sopalin mais sinon cela allait. Lhôte est très réactif.

Nous n'avons pas apprècié du tout l'environnement. De la musique jusqu'à 4h du matin, jeu de ballons sur le parking vers minuit, des gens qui parlent dans les couloirs au téléphone à 1h du matin et qui se crient dessus, franchement cela nous a pas plu du tout ce contexte.

Dans l’ensemble nos 3 nuits se sont bien passées. Il y’a vraiment de très beaux endroits autour de la SEYNE.

L’appartement est très bien le confort des lits était super et c’était très propre. Tout est à disposition pour se croire chez soi.

Je trouve tout de même que c’est bruyant entre les voisins. L’insonorisation n’ai pas top mais au vu du prix cela reste raisonnable.
