About this house rental

Beautiful home with private pool on the San Tan Highlands golf course (Formerly the Golf Course at Johnson Ranch). Guests will enjoy a king bed in the master, a queen bed in the guest room and a 3rd room with another queen bed. Guests are responsible for the expense to heat the pool during their stay. There is a gas meter on the pool heater that can be used to monitor that expense. If you have additional questions, please ask. New smart TV's, bring your favorite apps!

Nice home. Definitely enjoyed the pool. Very comfortable living room and kitchen was well stocked with most anything you'd need. We did not find the beds to be very comfortable and the master bed could be difficult for certain people to get into due to the height. The only real complaint would be the front bathroom smelled of urine and we discovered the rug was most likely the culprit. Compared to other stays, the cleaning requirements prior to a 10 am checkout seemed a little excessive. Overall I would recommend.
