About this house rental
Beautifully decorated 4 bedroom home that can accommodate the whole family in the Golf Course Community of Johnson Ranch.
Community Amenities:
As our guest, you will have access to the wonderful amenities of Johnson Ranch, a private community with an 18 hole golf course, Johnson Ranch has 41 community parks, tennis, pickle ball and basketball courts, beach volleyball court and 3 heated pools with hot tubs, a 9 hole pitch and putt course and a catch and release fishing pond. With lots of shopping, restaurants, and hiking nearby you will enjoy this area! A key card will be provided, if lost you will be charged $100 to replace it.

Mesa Gateway Airport 13 miles, Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport 45 miles, Banner Ironwood Hospital 5 miles. While you're here you don't want to miss going to San Tan Flats
which is 6 miles away, Schnepf Farms 6 miles, Olive Mill 7 miles. Tons of shopping and restaurants all within 9 miles and lots of hiking trails nearby. Scottsdale is about 32 miles and Arizona State University is 40 miles away.
Pool Heating Information:
Pool and hot tub heat included! We do not heat the pool or hot tub from mid May to end of September. If you want the hot tub heated during that time period there will be an extra charge.
During the other months Please let us know in advance if you would like the pool heated during your stay, so we can ensure it is ready for your arrival
Our home easily sleeps 12, with all bedrooms upstairs. 2 bedrooms have king beds, one bedroom has a Queen/Queen bunk bed and the other room has a King/King bunk bed, plus a pull out sofa in the loft.
3 separate comfortable seating areas in the home, so everyone can have some personal space.
We also have 2 playpens and a highchair for the little ones. We have a small park right behind our home and a couple big parks within walking distance.
New smart TV's, bring your favorite apps! Wifi provided, a small desk with a printer is also available.
Kitchen is fully stocked with gas stove, full fridge/freezer, air fryer, toaster, coffee maker, blender, crockpot and microwave.
Washer/Dryer available
As much as we love pets, we ask that you do not let them on the furniture, or leave unattended.
Gas bbq in backyard, along with a gas fire table and wood firepit.
Comfortable outdoor sectional and outdoor dining table. Around the pool you will find 4 lounge chairs and a table with 4 chairs.
The driveway can easily accommodate 2 cars 3 if they’re not trucks, sorry no parking in the garage as we have our personal vehicle in there. There is no overnight street parking unless we request for special permission with the HOA. Please note they will only grant one vehicle on the street overnight with approval. We cannot ask for multiple cars.
All guests wanting to book need to be 25+ unless otherwise approved by the host.
No parties or events! If this is violated you may be asked to leave with no refund guaranteed. This includes any guest. If you want to host, please contact us first
Both the City of San Tan Valley and the HOA Community are very sensitive to disruptions from vacation homes- PLEASE do not make our rental an issue!
**The City of San Tan Valley has a 10pm-7am noise restriction that they strictly enforce with fines up to $1,500, and may result in termination of your stay with immediate eviction w/out reimbursement if neighbors call the police! **
No smoking on the property or in the house, violation of this will be a $200 dollar fine plus whatever additional costs to us to remove odors.
1. Please respect your neighbors as most live there year round
2. Guests may be asked to leave immediately if there are any complaints, with NO REFUND
3. The pool and hot tub are to be used at the guests and any invitee’s own risk
4. We reserve the right to charge the Guests for any losses, unnecessary housekeeping or damages sustained to the home during their stay as well as the following items:
$50 charge if BBQ grill is not cleaned and covered
$50 charge if all trash is not picked up and taking to the dumpsters
5. Our home is strictly non-smoking. We ask that you smoke outside if you must and away from the house using the ashtray provided. Please do not sit on the outdoor furniture when smoking
6. All guests and their invitees use the premise, structure, appliances, and furnishings at their own risk. The property owner shall not be held liable or responsible in any way for an injury that is caused by intentional or unintentional acts.
7. Guests are responsible for the day-to-day cleaning of the home and the surrounding property is to always be kept clean
8. The owners of the home are responsible for the maintenance of the grounds. There will be pool maintenance coming once a week during your stay. Cleaning of pool in between is on guests
9. No parties or large gatherings whatsoever to be conducted at the property, our home is not to be the party or gathering home
10. No pets on furniture or left unattended. Only one pet permitted with pet deposit unless authorized by owner. No guest pets allowed

No drug use! immediate eviction with no refund.
We do have cameras on the property, but are only used for security purposes

We had a great stay at this property and would definitely return. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described, with everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the whole process easy from check-in to check-out.Overall, a wonderful place to stay and highly recommended!

This house was nothing short of perfection. This may be the cleanest pool I have ever seen. The house was immaculate. The outside area was amazing. All the pool floaties you could want. Plenty of outside games. The host was so easy to communicate with. Any questions I had were answered within minutes. I would highly recommend this house. We will be back.

Beautiful home exactly as pictured and filled with everything you could possible need. Host is very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely book again. Back yard area is awesome and you could spend your entire vacation there. Access to the community amenities is a plus. Book it you won’t be disappointed!

The house was the perfect home away from home! It had anything and everything you can think of. Myrna was quick to respond about any questions I had - which is so appreciated We have friends in the area so this will be the place we stay at from now on!The area is perfect as well - if you’re looking for a quiet & family friendly neighborhood. I went on many runs on the paths and everyone I ran into met me with a smile. Thank you Myrna!
