Backyard: The spacious and secluded backyard boasts a sparkling, heated pool accompanied by a cascading waterfall feature. Abundant sun loungers and comfortable Adirondack chairs ensure that everyone finds a spot to unwind, whether it's under the warm sun or in the cool shade. The covered patio area features a Roku TV for streaming entertainment and a welcoming gas fire pit for cozy gatherings. A built-in barbecue station and patio bar come equipped with a handy mini-fridge and seating for four, along with an additional smoker grill for enthusiasts. An alfresco dining table provides seating for six, all set against the backdrop of a charming view-fence overlooking a peaceful park area.


Kitchen and Bar: Inside, you'll discover a stunning and spacious open layout designed to make hosting a breeze. The expansive, well-equipped kitchen stands out with its granite countertops, sleek stainless-steel appliances, and a substantial center island. The double oven makes it easy to feed a crowd. Our Western-inspired bar area comes complete with a comprehensive assortment of barware, complemented by a 60” TV positioned above the bar, all set beneath high ceilings that enhance the sense of openness. Ample eat-in seating is available, accommodating up to 12 people comfortably, with seating available at the island and on both sides of the bar.


Living Room: A full-sized pool table awaits, complete with cues, chalk and spare cue stick tips. The large and inviting living space comes with a Bluetooth sound-bar and a 65” TV that provides access to Direct TV along with all of the major streaming platforms including Netflix, Hulu, Spotify, and others. The plush leather couches offer reclining comfort. Additionally, a substantial collection of DVD movies is available within the TV cabinet.


Bedrooms: Oasis in the Desert features a total of four bedrooms: two furnished with King size beds and the other two with Queen size beds. Three private full bathrooms are at your disposal, with one conveniently located on the main floor adjacent to a bedroom for easy access and one as an ensuite to the master bedroom. Three out of the four bedrooms are equipped with TVs offering either Direct TV Streaming or Roku Streaming for your entertainment. A portable crib is conveniently stored in one of the closets, adaptable for any of the rooms. Our accommodations include lots of extra pillows to ensure an optimal sleeping position, along with extra bedding for each room.


Additional Spaces: We offer a comfortable workstation designed for remote work, complete with High-Speed Internet WiFi to accommodate your Zoom meetings seamlessly. Included for your convenience are a USB mouse and keyboard. You’ll have access to a generous laundry room, thoughtfully furnished with an iron, ironing board, laundry soap, and dryer sheets. The linen closet is well-stocked with an abundance of additional beach towels, bath towels, kitchen towels, and bed sheets for your comfort throughout your stay.


Johnson Ranch Amenities: In addition to our full house, you'll have access to all of the amazing amenities within the Johnson Ranch Community. These include an 18-hole Championship Golf Course, a dedicated Private Pitch & Putt Golf Course, various Outdoor Recreation Centers, inviting Swimming Pools with accompanying Spas, well-lit Tennis/ Pickleball Courts, a Sand Volleyball Court, Basketball Courts, an idyllic Catch & Release Fishing Lake, as well as numerous Parks and Playgrounds interspersed throughout the community.


For your enjoyment, the golf club also boasts a vibrant nightlife at Maria's Kitchen. This venue exudes a fantastic ambiance, offering live music, a comprehensive menu featuring delectable BBQ, refreshing Happy Hour beverages, and an array of other offerings.


San Tan Valley Mountain Regional Park: Just 5 miles away you’ll discover San Tan Valley Mountain Regional Park offering a range of activities such as horse back riding, hiking, mountain biking, sightseeing and guided tours. One of our favorite trails, the Dynamite/ Gold Mine loop, provides breathtaking sunrise and sunset hikes!


Within a 7-mile radius, you'll find several captivating destinations:
**San Tan Flat is a remarkable experience of its own, featuring an entertaining outdoor old west diner with live music, dancing, fire pits, a full bar, and private rooms equipped with pool tables for party celebrations.
**The Olive Mill offers an authentic working olive mill experience, along with a quaint restaurant, shop, live music, and more. It's an excellent choice for a delightful lunch outing or an evening outdoors.
**Schnepf Farms, a nearby local farm, offers year-round U-Pick adventures and hosts multiple seasonal festivals. Among these is the Pumpkin and Chili Festival in October, as well as a captivating Holiday light display throughout November and December, accompanied by several other seasonal events. Make sure to check out their breakfast offerings and be sure not to overlook their exceptional country store and bakery, both of which promise an unforgettable visit.
