About this apartment rental
This is a 1 Bedroom / 1 Bathroom with full kitchen and a living room located on the 2nd floor. Location is perfectly located in walking distance to the beach, multiple bars and restaurants.
The living room has a leather pull out sleeper (Queen Size) sofa with coffee and end tables. One of the end tables has USB charging ports. There also is a 50" Smart TV with cable tv and a Blu Ray player in the living room.
The bedroom has USB charging stations on both nightstands and a 50" Smart Tv with a Blu Ray player.
The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals (dishes, pots, pans, utensils, K Cup machine, garbage disposal, dishwasher, toaster and microwave).
Beach towels, Kids Beach Toys, Bath towels, Beach Chairs, Beach Umbrella, Cooler, Beach cart, Linens are all provided.
The city of Deerfield beach has an outdoor workout just about a mile south from the boardwalk/Pier.
The Charging Station is just two block south from our building.
