A 1/1 bedroom with living room, full kitchen and private bathroom. This unit is located in the first floor. Great Location only 2 blocks from beautiful Deerfield Beach and many restaurants, bars and the beach all within walking distance. This unit has a Queen sized bed in the bedroom and sofa that pulls out to a Queen size bed.
Beach towels, Umbrella, cooler large & small, picnic bag, beach chairs, beach cart provided.
LaudryRoom Located in the back of the building and it accept credit cards payment. (3 Washer & 5 dryers)
Pool Open from Dust till dawn.

This property is in a great location. Close to everything. Very well kept for its age and well stocked with many amenities you would not think you would need. Everything was absolutely easy from the booking, checking, owner communication. Would definitely recommend! Thank you

After 15 years I was finally able to get my hubby to take a vacation without the kids. Needless to say he wasn't excited at first but at the end of our 5 night stay he said he wished we had 2 more days. A great location, good restaurants, warm weather, in a clean and comfortable place really helped with that outcome. I highly recommend this place if you want something other than a hotel.
