We have stayed at this condo 3 times now, each for a period of 4 weeks. The condo is wonderful and located within walking distance to downtown. Great to have a garage and a balcony on the second floor with a view of the mountains. Have loved our stays here and highly recommend it. Owner is also very easy to deal with and always accommodating.

Nancy was a wonderful host, and the property exceeded our expectations. The condo is roomy and well-equipped with sheets, towels, kitchen appliances, and cooking equipment. The condo is beautifully zoned offering privacy for guests.
There is a small office area which allowed us to work out of the condo. The balcony offers an exception view of the mountains. The neighbors at the shared pool were friendly.

This 2 bedroom condominium is spacious, beautifully furnished and located close to downtown Palm Springs. We have stayed several times here and love the condo and the secure gated community.
