About this villa rental
3 bedroom 3 bathroom villa in the famous "48@Baristo" gated complex. The main home is 2 levels with double primary bedrooms upstairs (with ensuites) and kitchen, dining, and double story living room downstairs. The 3rd bedroom is a fully self contained Casita with queen bed, kitchenette, and private bathroom. The living room, dining room in the main home and the Casita all open up directly to the pool. The pool is completely private, no one can see in.
This home is decorated in true Palm Springs style with all furnishings and artwork sourced locally and in bright Palm Springs colors. There is a double car garage that leads directly into the home.
There are 4 smart TVs, one in each bedroom and one in the living room.
The pool and hot tub are heated with no extra charge for heating.
The complex is a 10-15 minute walk to downtown Palm Springs, a 10 minute walk to Arenas road, and is right next door to a strip mall that has a Starbucks, Ralphs, CVS and a few fast casual dining options. There is a RiteAid next door on the other side of the complex and a liquor store across the road. The airport is a 5 minute drive.

very nice property except no direct sun in the pool area Dec and Jan.
Walking distance to downtown was great for excercise but not too far.
