About this apartment rental
This spacious condo is outfitted with top quality amenities and features. The comfortable living area features floor to ceiling windows with an unprecedented view of the Gulf- perfect to enjoy the sunset! The kitchen, renovated in 2024, features quartz counter tops and cabinets filled with all supplies you would need to cook and serve a delicious family meal. The refrigerator was upgraded to give your family ample space to store food and beverages. The adjoining wet bar is stocked with a variety of glasses as well as a built in ice maker and beverage fridge. The dining area features a table to seat eight and the spacious living room is outfitted so you can be comfortable visiting or watching tv . The large, private balcony (approx. 700 sq. ft) features multiple seating areas and is our favorite place to relax and enjoy the priceless view.
The nearly 2600 sq ft. 17th floor unit hosts four bedrooms, each with their own private full bathroom along with a half guest bathroom next to a laundry room. Each bedroom has floor to ceiling windows and narrow balconies with breathtaking views of the Gulf. The master bedroom features a king size bed and the adjoining bath features a double vanity, whirlpool, and tiled shower. The second and third bedrooms each feature a king bed, while the fourth bedroom is fitted with a queen size bed and a triple bunk bed for children! All bedrooms have private, attached bathrooms.
As owners, we have high standards and strive to keep this unit in the best condition possible. Each year we invest time and money to upgrade the condo as our goal is to have our guests make this their repeat vacation home for years to come! Newly renovated in 2024, the condo features fresh paint, cabinets and countertops, upgraded lighting and features throughout. Each year we evaluate and upgrade furniture and electronics as needed. The unit was great with 4 bedrooms and an awesome balcony! We were comfortable with three couples and a teenager, 9, 6 and 2 year old. The place is very busy which makes for long wait times on the elevators. You have to know you have to book your chairs and umbrellas from Ike’s rental way ahead of your stay if want to be on the ocean. We did not know to do ahead of time so we were way in the back. Also, the place does not police the lazy river chairs as the people going down to the beech stop and place towels on the chairs around the lazy river and pools even though there are multiple signs to not save chairs but the people paid no attention which ment if you don’t go down by lunch you were not gonna get a chair around the pool or lazy river as the chairs were all taken up with towels from the people down on the beech saving them.

The condo was amazing! Very clean and updated.The outdoor balcony furniture was very nice and comfortable which allowed us to spend a lot of time outside enjoying the beautiful view. The communication was great with quick responses.I highly recommend.

Upon arrival to the unit our expectations were beyond met. Condo was super clean, view of the water was breathtaking. All rooms were large and easy to move around in. Eating in was great with all the seating that was made available. The supplies in the kitchen was top notch. We had everything we needed to prepare our meals. The extra ice machine in the unit was great for filling coolers for the beach. Lazy River was a hit with everyone. The facility itself was super clean and employees were always touching everything up. I was a little nervous about parking and elevators before we arrived due to that being some complaints I had read. We had no trouble with parking and was able to buy 2 extra once we arrived. Elevators were quick with the exception of check out day. Had to wait about 15 minutes on an empty elevator to get our stuff loaded. But not a deturant. We will definitely be back!!!!
