About this house rental
A Peaceful 2 bedroom +loft house on a beautiful property with a large pond and a big yard. The house is located just north of Gunnison, 25 miles away from Crested Butte. It is in the middle of all the great outdoor recreational activities. We can help you plan any activity, from whitewater rafting to skiing, biking, rock climbing, or hiking. This house is also perfect if you are looking for a nice getaway or are coming up to cook your Western student a home-cooked meal. (Please leave your furry friends at home when staying at this property.)

The property was perfect for us. Purpose of trip was field work on nearby rivers. Entire unit was comfortable and well appointed. No complaints at all.

The place is fine but if we would have read that the beds are in the condition they are and that there was an overall bad smell, we would have considered another option. The master bedroom’s bed completely sinks in the middle.y husband went up to the loft. Those beds are ok- super super firm but better than sinking. The other queen bed was ok for my youngest and I, but two adults would likely have a hard time sleeping. The carpet should be changed. We should have looked closer at the picture, its color (mauve) and texture along with the wallpaper. They, along with the furniture, are decades old and have a smell to them. We aired out the rooms which helped, but someone with a more sensitivity to that should be aware.There is highway noise, so airing it out does increase this. The place needs new beds and new carpet.
