Great spot for a couple but not a two bedroom apartment

Nice one bedroom apartment. Great location. In town and quiet. Great for a couple

It was advertised as a two bedroom apartment However, the second bedroom is on the floor above and a separate unit. The toilet is outside the unit and only accessible through a common hallway. That was very inconvenient for our friend who stayed in the so called second bedroom

As someone else had mentioned, the location shown on here is not correct- however the actual location on Am Anger was perfect. Easy walking distance to all sights/cafes/supermarkets. The kitchen had all appliances needed to cook. The entire place was very clean and spacious, the photos do not do justice to just how lovely this place is and the amazing views from every window. Great wifi connection and the host was easily contactable. I highly recommend this place.

Die Lage war hervorragend. Man kam in die Ferienwohnung und fühlte sich wie Zuhause. Es fehlte an nichts!Frau Bellini stand mit Rat und Tat und Antworten zur Verfügung . WLAN war hervorragend

Gut gelegene Wohnung mit Parkplatz und Bergblick

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral und zumindest in der unteren Wohnung sehr schön eingerichtet. Balkon mit Morgensonne mit Bergblick Für zwei Personen und nur die untere Wohnung ganz klar super.

Zu zweit ist die Wohnung super. Bei mehr Personen sollte man wissen, dass die obere Wohnung Dusche und Waschgelegenheit im Schlafzimmer ohne Abtrennung hat, also mitten im Raum. Die Toilette befindet sich ein Stück den Hausflur runter, man muss also bei der oberen Wohnung, die Wohnung verlassen, um zu Toilette zu gehen. Muss man wissen, ob man das mag.

Ruhige, komfortable Unterkunft

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, ruhig und mit allem Komfort ausgestattet. Nach einem kurzen Spaziergang ist man im Zentrum des schönen Ortes. Für uns war es sehr hilfreich, dass man das zusätzliche Appartment ein Stock höher kurzfristig mit anmieten konnte. Die Betreuung durch Frau Bellini war ausgezeichnet. Ein Tipp zu Restaurants. Neben recht guten bayrischen Lokalen hat und „Josefs Bar und Bistro“ sehr positiv überrascht. Etwas teurer, aber u.a. wirklich gute Spare Ribs.

Für unseren Vater -Söhne-Skitouren-Wochenende eigentlich zu gut. Wir hatten zwei Wohnungen ( aus den Buchungsangaben-wohl erhoben .... eine hätte genügt... Doppelzimmer+ Schafmöglichkeit im Wohnzimmer für uns voll ausreichend!) Eine weitere Vermietung mehr währe möglich gewesen.... und wir hätten evtl. Kosten sparen können...

Die Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Wohnung sind infrastrukturell sehr beengt, wir haben im öffentlichen Raum geparkt und gehofft niemanden zu belästigen oder ein Ticket zu bekommen...

Fewo nur bestens zu empfehlen

Die Lage ist super, sehr zentral ist in ein paar Schritten im Zentrum. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und sauber, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr sympathisch und kümmert sich sehr gut, man fühlt sich sehr gut aufgehoben. Noch zu erwähnen das Restaurant Bellini ein kleines aber feines Restaurant mit einem phantastischen Service, die Chefin Frau Bellini kümmert sich persönlich und sehr engagiert drum. Die gehobene Küche ist ausgezeichnet.
